Stupid major waste. It tells you eggs cheese and fats are ok No kidding. Also says KFC skinless zero carbs. WASTE NOT USEFULL AT ALL
This deserves better reviews.It is basic, when starting low carb you don't know what has what. This is a good basic app.Low carb savvy people won't like it,but if you are just starting you will learn alot and it will give you good info.
This app does not require any access to my device, therefore they get an automatic 5 star rating from me.
For a newbie to weight loss, it's very helpful! Love the age calculator, and seeing that turkey & chicken are high protein low fat content was confirmation that what I was told was true. For someone who already knows what to eat, I can see how they might think it useless.
I do not need an app to tell me oil.fat cheese and meat are low in carbs!

Awesome who wouldn't want to know what foods are zero cand how very very helpful lots of extras and loads of information. Takes time to go through it all however I'm going to.
This app doesn't list any fruits, vegetables, nuts. The food categories were not useful to me. Not what I was expecting.
Need more meal options because there isn't any but has great nutrient numbers
