For the price, it's pretty good. Paired straight away with my XZ & no issues reconnecting after I've been outside & left phone indoors. Pedometer is very sensitive & counts some arm movements as steps, sleep tracker seems to be working ok, alerts for texts & calls is great. As for the rest, I'll assess as I go along 😊

For the moment it is synced and everything works generally okay. But it wont record my heartbeat which is one of the reasons I got this watch.

Too bad you can't change time on watch without app. And you can't get past settings.

no connecting always.and not updating the time and date even if the bluetooth in the bracelet are connected to my phone

I loved this app but changed phones and it won't let me login or register as I have forgotten my password 😭

I am disappointed. It is hard to figure out the functions of the app compared to some other tracker apps. More than half of the features on the app don't work. The graphics seem very generic and are unpleasant to look at. However, the watch itself was like $20 USD so I can't complain to much also I enjoy having the ability to see text and call on the face of the watch.

Keep on disconnected from my phone. Also, the smartwear so not sensible. It's so hard to change/get the feature I want. For eg, according to the instruction, I can get to the menu once I swipe left. Everytime get to different features once I swipe left. It's like seeing your luck whether you can get to the feature that you actually wanted. Well, with that price, nothing much to complain.

Bracelet has great battery life, but maybe that's because it cannot maintain connection to your phone, and therefore unable to receive push notifications. Had the app/bracelet for six months now and only ever received push notifications once ten minutes after first pairing, never since whenever I reconnect. If I was more into fitness I'd probably get a better bracelet/app.

Battery life on the bracelet is fantastic! Down side, it doesn't stay connected to the app so I don't get the notifications. That was a big reason for buying the bracelet. Also, it stays on metric and I use imperial. I don't want to have to manually change it every time I use it. Fix these issues and I'll give 5*

UPDATE THE APP/ find another Like Everyone Else I can't get past settings screen. I had this app before and my son deleted it last week ,now I try and get the SAME APP and it won't allow me to get past set up. Very disappointed, was fine and worked. Now not worth the time of day.

I would have liked to rate this at less than one but not an option. I can not get past the setting screen so it won't connect to the bracelet which means I can't even get the bracelet to tell the correct time let alone get it to perform any of the other functions. I feel totally let down and ripped off 😠

I have tried several times to sync the band to the app. When I first received it, it worked great. For the last 2 months, it hasn't synced at all. I even tried uninstalling the app, then reinstalling it. Nothing. Now I just have a watch, instead of a fitness tracker. Such a waste. PLEASE FIX THIS!!

I think the app is okay. The watch itself i think is great. Personally im not sure what the health index is so the app could be clearer. Overall i liked it

I purchased this device because I didn't want to spend a lot of money on something that I may or may not use. First of all, the "instructions" are completely useless because they don't tell you anything about the product. Then I downloaded the wrong app because it wasn't clear which app to use (there were 2 apps with the same name). Once I got that figured out, I set up my profile but it won't save so I have to change it every day. It hasn't recorded my walks at the gym and for the last two nights it hasn't recorded my sleep. I guess you really do get what you pay for! I should have paid more for a better product. Don't buy this device unless you enjoy throwing your money away!

Absolute rubbish, have been using for a while, several updates, usually with problems, latest update tried to update my watch & failed,in the process stopping the watch from working.

Please assist with the heart rate option. Mine seems not to be working and it doesn't give me the option to edit. this would be very helpful. and the calendar alarm too
