I was able to connect my watch to the app but every time I close the app, it logs me out. Also, syncing between the app and the watch is not great.
Auto Disconnect in Sometimes From day one this Watch having issues - after More then 10-15 mit it's Shows Disconnect please tell me what to Do it's software issues or Hardware issue.
when i am calling,the device is showing the callers name.(android) and rest of the features are excellent
not happy. need an internet connection to correct time. app needs internet connection to open.
I can't connect my device zewatch4 to phone. Tried many times, but it does not detect.
If I could I would have given 0 stars. There is no support or tips for when your device is not working. Even worse there is no useful information or help on the internet.

It logs out every 5 minutes so it disconnects too. Have to manually connect and login every 5 minutes for the watch to work
Can't connect it manually. There is no select option in Bluetooth controls. MiA1 running Oreo
I bought this thinking it supported digital payments, well after about a year still not 😟. The watch is stylish though. Hurry up and get digital/wallet payments.

Got 0.6 firmware on the watch. 3.0 is available and it fails every single time. Allready tried to reset the watch and reinstalled the app. Useless. What can i do?

This app feature is really great, but not able to sync the real data shown on my ZEwatch 4HR.... Im using huwei GR5 2017, its shamefull to the makers😤
Bought a Zewatch4 today. Took me ages to pair and when I finally got past the setup screen the app informed me that there is an update available to download. The update would upgrade the watch to version 2.0. Seconds after it started the connection between my phone and the watch was lost and the update was cancelled. I tried several times but the problem persists.
This watch(zewatch 4hr)/app has a lot of potential but it really falls short in limited functionality. If they listened to feedback this could really be a big hit.
No matter what I do it keep telling me that set up is requoted which I did but not connecting it's very frstarting.
Only 4 watchfaces. Some of the photos in the app show watchfaces that are not even available. App needs to remain open otherwise no notifications are sent to the watch. Notifications are not filtered. Thus, most of the notifications are about active chatheads. App always requires a re-login each day. Thus no notifications sent to the watch while you're logged out of the app. One of the advertised functions 'Find your smartphone' only works when the app is running and you're logged in. To view incoming calls the watch needs to be connected with BT audio set to the watch else the watch won't remain connected. I regret having purchased this smartwatch.
