Hi... Unless the problem does not get solved the rating that I have given the developers will not change and I will unistall this game. It will be sad as I really enjoy this game. I cannot seem to download the 4th area. SO SOLVE THIS BUG PLEASE??!!
I mean it was fun, but it keeps saying "download failed" and I can never get past the second case. please fix and 5 star rating is yours.
I a just a a simple kid who's not even a double digit so I really think its kinda helpful I like it I'm gonna download this game again cause I like . You fellow parents should download it for more brian knowlag as a fellow kid believe it or not kids can be wiser than grownups.
I like the concept of the game and plus I'm a zootopia fan but the only problem is the game always restart my progress everytime I launch the game, can I get any help to solve this ?
Case files aren't downloading. It keeps saying "downlosd fail". I'd rate higher if that wasn't the case.
Can't download anymore case files and learn from other users that the game has been discontinued! Why wouldn't you give customers a heads up? Like maybe a notification when we pull up the game that as of this date, this game will no longer be available. Really crappy way to let us all know we can't play the game anymore.
This game is fun and addictive. I love that it has all my favorite characters. Only problem I can't download case number 3.

Thanks for letting users know the game is retired. I contacted support about downloading this is why you cant download anymore case files because they retired the game but forgot to tell their customers!

Seems as though the frequent crashes have been fixed since the initial release and more cases have been added. I must say coming back to the game after the initial outset is quiet refreshing. I'm now waiting for Case 3 to unlock and can't be more excited. I hope they continue the updates because I'd love to see the other districts explored more than they were in the movie. Keep the content coming please. :)
I really liked the game at first buy for the past week I have lost progress and had to start all over again. It's pretty frustrating to make a good amount of progress and then have to start over. So far it looks like there is no way to save or back up your progress. Until an update fixes this I'll wait on playing again.
Everything was paced well. Easy to figure out. Not too hard but not too easy to earn coins or fill stars. The game is wonderful all around. Story is fun and interesting. Just waiting for the next update. They left me with a cliffhanger. So until new cases are available I'm earning every star from each case so I can rack up all those coins and pies.
Nice game and graphics. And the movie was soooooooo goood that I downloaded this game and of course detective games are my favourite. BUT the fact that I need stars now and then to advance is really irritating and making the gameplay monotonous, since I have to play each level numerous times. if not for the stars I really would've enjoyed playing it.
I've been waiting for months now are you ever going to finish the rest of the levels! I really love this game but i'm about to delete it and tell everyone not worth getting because it only has so many levels done and when you get to the end they never finish more levels. Lowly it has been over 3 months I've been waiting for new levels to be completed and all it keeps saying is coming soon well when is soon
Lovely game and concept, enjoyed it, but it shows black boxes instead of figures and backgrounds sometimes. Also, when starting an investigation, sometimes the visuals freeze. Generally if you restart the game it's fine, but the 3rd case doesn't allow us to even start investigating! Please fix these bugs... Otherwise it's a fun game with amazing music
As if waiting for energy to refill isn't bad enough, complete a chapter and have a 3 day wait before you can do another one. It's like saying "So you liked this game enough to be patient for energy to refill and get this far, now go away and don't come back."
It reminds me of the Farmville, mafia wars, etc of yesteryear. Although I did like the story and gameplay (albeit a bit repetetive) I uninstalled it after chapter 3 before chapter 4. Spoiler ... but you had me scan an engagement ring box twice, the ring inside once, then go talk to Eddie to return in, only to have him say he wanted it dirty to begin with. If you count the star it took to begin the quest, it required 5 stars to complete his little story, plus another 3 stars to open up chapter 4. No thanks!
This game scammed my money. NO, not just 5 bux, 1000 bux!! I WASTED SO MUCH ON THIS ARRRRGGGHHH. YOU GUYS ARE LUCKY IM RICH AND GET 4000 A DAY. IF THERE WAS AN OPTION FOR 0 STARS, I WOULD PRESS IT SO HARD.
This is a fun and very addictive game, but had I known I couldn't sync it across devices, I might not have installed it on my tablet in the first place. I installed it on my phone hoping to have more memory to work with. The only things stopping me from uninstalling it from my tablet right now is because I have gone so far with the game that I want to try to complete it. But I fear my tablet may not have enough memory for any more updates. And without the ability to sync with other devices I won't be able to transfer my progress to a device with more memory.
Ok, it costs 10 pts to investigate a scene, yet rhe total energy points is 55. I don't understand why. But all games that have a similar points pay do the same thing, no matter the developer. It does not prevent me from enjoying the game, I just think it is odd.
Only one problem! I cannot save progress so in case something happens, I will actually lose it all. The Google Play Games icon on the app does not work. Please fix that and maybe add a Facebook signin to save progess. The game works great and is fun. Please make this game work to save the progress. I do not want to have to restart again.
