Zynga Poker – Texas Holdem

Great interface and works flawlessly. However, winning doesn't rely on luck or skill, cards aren't dealt randomly which absolutely ruins the game. You either keep winning or losing, with rare exceptions here and there. If you're in a losing streak, even if you get an exceptional hand someone else will have same or better. Becomes very obvious if you play for long enough. There's a setup and it should be removed. Needs to be a natural game. I'll edit or remove review if anything changes.

Until recently I was enjoying this app very much. The interface is easy to use, the games fun and well organized. However zynga has recently started forcing you to watch ads every time you go to the home screen. If this continues I will delete the app and find another. After a week or so the ads have been removed. I'm happy again ☺️

The login problem is still there, but rarely. The other ongoing problem is with assigned tasks, very carefully following the rules, and not receiving credit/prize shown for completion. It's always up in the billion dollars increments. I have reported the issue many times. Then I go through the steps to try to correct it. Once the tickets did post later. Very frustrating 😕 I love the game but I hate losing big prizes or having to redo tasks repeatedly. I am being charged the buy-in each time.

When it works, the app is good but 2 out of 3 times, it goes real slow, miss hands, kicked off a table, or freezes altogether. No connection issues from my home WiFi. I'll give it a try a few more times but the way it's going, I'll probably delete the app.

It seemed to be pretty good at first and then suddenly every time I make a move out of a room I'm getting an add cut in. I check to see if there are rewards and as soon as I exit from the reward center yet another ad. This is only started happening within the last month. I understand money has to be made but I also don't like being bombarded with ads. I would just assume go to another app if it continues.

I enjoy playing on the app. Sometimes the game glitches and makes me upset. I will lose chips and hands when this happens. It's always a connection issue. This happens often but I am always on wifi in my home. I'm not sure why there would be a problem. I would like to move to different levels in game and these errors prevent me from doing so.

Used to love this app but having come back to it after a while away it's changed beyond recognition and all for the worse. Ridiculous amount of different games, can't just log on and ay hold em for smaller stakes. And don't get me started on all the different pop up bits truing to guide you to other bits. Waste of time

Overall I like this app but there is one very annoying feature. Some tables have a charge to join, but you don't know this until after you've joined the table and it is very easy to find yourself on such a table accidentally from a mis-swipe of the phone. There should be a check box before you join to confirm you're willing to pay the charge if zynga was at all fair about it. Other than that very fun to use.

Fix your game. I keep losing my daily spin streak. I've been through this a few times now and I finally figured out what was wrong. I play on my phone primarily and ill get a few days on the streak then one night ill be bored sitting at my computer and log on Facebook and play but when I open it up it resets my progress. I'm sick of it. Please fix it. If you do ill fully redo the review

The interface and controls are great and user-friendly, but my main issue is that my favorite mode, Sit-N-Go, is difficult to access for people with lower chip stacks (aka F2P players). It wasn't like that in the past

The game is very good and much enjoyable but the problem is that it's difficult to add specific players since you have to be in the same table to send a request moreover the most disappointing thing is that players can't setup custom tables with friends. Pls allow it.

The Spin & Win Challenges have not recognizing my wins for the past year. I have emailed support with descriptions and screenshots NUMEROUS times. They used to credit me with some free chips or tickets which made helped with the daily frustration but as of late they don't even do that. In fact they do nothing at all. Not even an email explaining the issue or giving an apology. The only email I receive is asking how well did they do handling the issue, lol. I'm about ready to just delete the app.

You get zero stars. Your app is not adding many bonuses. When you are playing where you are winning cards in a suit to get a bonus it is not counting many cards.I could have collected many suits but instead I lost many chips.I contacted support but no reply. Updated review:you get -10 for customer service and -100 for fixing your bugs! It is still doing what I told you! Guess you don't care! Update:still have not fixed your bugs.I am not responsible for contacting you more than twice.fix ur bugs

Just lost 100M because despite having a perfect internet connection and new phone, the game froze before even getting into the game. Waited 10 mins before restarting the app and the money was just gone. Longer and longer load times like this make me feel like this might be a deliberate feature.

Good vibes and wonderful tables. Love the Gold Box as well as the Silver Box items for cashing in tickets. I had a alot of tickets saved and I cashed out. Lost two billion dollars as the tables got me but I am not bad off. I started getting tickets again and I am learning how to play my hands better. I have been a fan for over 15 years! Keep it going and just know I love it!

Warning!!!! Do not spend money on this game don't believe what they say about the card being random or the game is legit with no bots. Complete scam game would be amazing if it was realistic. I had a bot call me preflop for $60B (AQ) with 6 9 off suit all in and guess what four clubs hit the board it won with a 6 high flush to beat me and another player.

Have emailed Developer to restore account, most inappropriate. Just as the game improved and was beginning to enjoy it again, my account has been suspended for "violating terms of service." Nothing specific mentioned and I have one account only, so no question of chip transferring. Very disappointed.

The Ads are getting ridiculous, on the spins its fine, but its infuriating when you get a bad beat and when u leave the table there's an ad, and some ads don't even give you the option to close, you have to close zynga and restart

Algorithm is very clearly against me. I've been playing this game for years and suddenly, I can't win! Or if I do it's rare and not much profit. It's unfortunate.. you created an awesome and successful game. People love it and it will surely generate a handsome income.. don't let greed ruin it. I pray you consider this. Amen

Great participation but the user interface is bad. Often you go to click Check and somebody else will bet $3M just as you click the button and you end up making a huge bet when you width you had folded... They should steal the interface from the PokerGlory app which is awesome (but you play against 3/4 bots there). Speaking of bots, they cheat hard in this game to take your chips to try to get you to pay $ for more all the time. Each time you find yourself 1-on-1 vs a bot, you best fold...

I believe that the game is design for you to lose so you can keep spending real money in game. It's very obvious when you play for an extended period of time that the flow of cards and winning hands are being control.

I changed my rating from 3 stars to 1. The constant bombardment of ads for cheap, poorly designed games slows down game play and interrupts the experience to such a degree the game is nearly unplayable. Don't waste your time.

I would give it 5 stars but the challenges don't work right. I get a challenge to win a spin and win, and when I do win it never gives me the award. I'm forced to skip that challenge and when I do I get another challenge for a table I dont have half the money needed to play. That issue needs fixed

Was enjoying this game. Simple, mindless, ad free for the most part. However, I spent 10 bucks on some chips. Now its chalked full of ads and as far as I can tell, the algorithm is pushing me bad hands. I know how that sounds, but seriously. I think this is like a stray dog that you feed once.

I believe the latest update is not allowing me to get the advertised free chips! Everytime I click on it now it goes to zynga live in limbo and takes me to Google Play! I was getting the chips before so why is there a problem now?? I've missed so many free chips since the update. Help!!! At this point I rate the game at zero but there is no option, once I'm done, I'm done!! I also want to know why does the system take my chips when I try to select a table by throwing me into a 500 million ga
