How to order with 02 Taksi?
1. Choose your pick-up spot either based on map location, or enter the address. For a fixed price, also enter the destination address.
2. The application then presents available ride options, allowing you to filter between arrival time, reviews and price.
3. Choose your preferred option and book the ride.
4. Your taxi is on its way, track its arrival on the map.
If you’re planning ahead, you can make a pre-booking. It’s equally simple, just select a later pick-up date and time in the order form.

Great app! I arrived at the train station with no idea how to commute to the hotel. Googled it, downloaded the app and ordered a taxi, all in less than five minutes. Highly efficient and recommendable...
Can't register my phone number to be eligible for rides. You literally are not sending me the SMS confirmation code. I'm from Latvia.
I preordered and prepaid a taxi the previous day to make sure I was in time for a hospital appointment. The taxi never appeared and I got a call only after the planned taxi arrival time that the taxi was not coming and that I should use some other taxi service. I will not use this app again and I would not recommend using it for anything time critical.
Can't get past the SMS part for UK numbers. Worked very well before the update, now the app doesn't work at all.
There is bug, i have tried more than 30 times, it's impossible to enter leaving addresse. It always disappeared after entering and back to ordering page.

2nd day in Finland, from England and never been here before. Managed to download app, change language, order taxi and get in it all in 5mins! App also gives you a set price to pay driver, so no nasty surprises! Amazing app!

Driver didn't show up
I orded the taxi using 02 Taxi - service from the local shopping mall to my home located about 1,2 km from the mall. The taxi picked up my order from 6km distance opposite side of the city center. The whole procedure of ordering the taxi took approximately 30 mins of time, while the charged trip costed 12,00 €. It was not very profitable business for the taxi in charge. The Point of time was exceptional covid-19 era of 2021. The application worked well and giving good information in advance
