Every time there is an update, it doesnt work. Per a previous post's recommendation, I uninstalled and then reinstalled the app. I keep getting an error message. Makes it kind of hard to pay bills when you cant access your balance. Maybe it's time to try someone else. 8-14 Now the app closes everytime i try to log in. And to respond to their reply, it had ansolutely nothing to do with the wrong user name.

The new app updates is HORRIBLE! CAN no longer transfer funds to other cardholders, always get the error message saying can't exceed balance. I would have to always go to a laptop or desktop. I tried to uninstall an reinstall. Worthless app! I have had my card for 2 yrs. I loved the old app. Stop screwing with the app, u are not making anything better, but will loose customers! I for 1 am ready to weigh all my options at this point.

We all know the last update sucked. Here's what I did to fix the black box issue. Uninstalled then installed. Of course, I had already tried too many times to sign in and my account was locked, so I had to call to have them unlock it. After that, everything is back to working just like before. Good luck!

worked fine until a few days ago. now it tells me "login failed" everytime. even uninstalled and reinstalled the app and still doesn't work. please fix it!! Thank you for responding. you responded that i could check balance by texting 90831 and when i do this it said service is denied. i used to be able to use this until about 3-4 months ago.

Honestly it is a just a plain app that does nothing other than tell you your balance, and pay "some bills:. Most apps will not accept it as a bank card anyway but they do provide a routing & account number so it helps move money but you still can't deposit at an ATM or transfer to & from most other prepaids.

extremely frustrated just finally able to use the app with out issues. check my balance this afternoon no problem. went to check it at 10:00 tonight and would not recognize my pin so tried my password would not recognize that either. tried to reset password won't accept my security answers. signed out of the app completely cleared the data and forced stopped it. nope still won't let me into my account. guess it's time to go back to the website and pray it will let me log in.

Seriously, you can't fix an app in this day and age?! Setting up my acct, I would get clear to the end & THEN it would tell me to change my username (because it was taken, supposedly). No matter how unique of a name I would enter, it kept doing this AND it erased all the info I had entered along the way so I would have to put it all in again, only to have it tell me the username was taken again. I uninstalled it. So maddening.

Trying to create a new account to login with my new issued prepaid card is impossible. I select a username then have to go through a series of setup questions, one being my date of birth. In order to select my DOB I have to use the arrow on the pre setup calendar and go back through each month for 36 years, rather than just letting me enter it! Takes about 5 minutes! Then after all the questuons and ridiculously long DOB process, the app tells me my username is already taken. BS because I tried 7 different times using unique usernames to include my full name and fav numbers which no one else in the entire solar system would have! Gave up, and no tech support number to call! Also, I can't register my card on their website because it just keeps telling me to enter my card number and will never go to the next page even after I entered it. It just clears it out and tells me to enter my card number.

The card and the app have both been a horrible experience. I was unable to register card without calling customer service. After getting card registered through customer service the first time I tried to use it the card was declined and customer service would not give me any reason for this. I had more than enough to cover the amount but they refused to cover my purchase or give me any reason for it

Ever since most recent update, been unable to transfer funds to another card in my household. Error message says TRANSFER AMOUNT CANNOT EXCEED CARD BALANCE even when transferring wellllll below the available balance. Transfer works on the website only, not the app. So frustrating.

Nope... Don't use. Go with pay pal. Beyond endless issues using app and card issued. Cant reload just go with pay pal.... Update.... Just was able to successfully close my account. I'm not sure how everyone doesn't know about this. Kroger, this is feeling like a scam or someone dropped the ball some where and it shows. Not a single customer service agent told me the same information, everyone always had a different answer. To even call the call center customer service is hilarious, there's not.

I loved this app until the latest update. It was very easy to log in, check my balance, and review my transaction history. Since the latest update, I can't get into my account. All I get are black boxes.

Soooo frustrating!! Don't order a personalized card through Kroger! Not only did I wait almost a month to get my Personalized card, but now that I have it, my funds from the temporary card didn't transfer on the new one when I called to activate it AND every time I finish setting up the app and try to log in, it says my username is taken, and when I used the username they claimed another user had, to see if maybe I did register it, it says the user is not found. I even tried usernames I never used before to see if it said the same thing and it did. I thought the money on the card would automatically transfer to the new one once activated?! I wish I would've looked these reviews up BEFORE I bought this card.

The app was great until this last auto update on 11/3! Now I cant get into my account or view any screens! All I get is username then password then a black box with no writing. No way to tell what your suppose to do. Either way I can't get into my account!!!

Was working fine. Just updated the app. No matter how many times I reset password, it will not accept. I just get a "fail to login". Web page will not open, just says website down or has moved. Frustrating.

Was a horrible prepaid experience used this card for online purchases only, they can't do 3rd grade math they had card in a large negative balance twice first time customer service fixed the mistake us bank made second time they saw the mistake but wanted to argue, so just cancelled it. If you have this card just keep an eye out for double charges on purchases

I cant even make a password to log in I literally tried everything and it doesn't take the password. It shouldnt be almost near impossible just to log in into an account..I'm obviously not the only one that has issues with this app but how hard is it to just give me access to my account, why is this even a thing if it's this bad?

App is horrible. Never recognized my pin, I'd have to login with PW and still wouldn't accept it. I had to update my password several times to login. I received my new card, registered a new account on the website like I was instructed by CS and used the same login for the app. It did not work. I tried new account login and kept saying username in use. There is no way the 10+ usernames I tried after were all in use, and no I had not already registered the card. App deleted. I will use website

Can't even log in anymore... first it wouldn't recognize my pin, requiring a password every time, now it just says 'user not recognized' when I try to log in. The password reset prompts are ridiculous, WHY DO I NEED TO CONFIRM EVERY ANSWER, IS THE PROGRAMMER FROM 1999?! Not to mention the total lack of a support or help button... Ready to ditch this card and go with a PayPal or Money Dot card

Review update: Don't bother using your card at Burger King, tried to get a sundae for $1.72 , had $1.92 in the account and the guy tells me it was denied. Thanks 123 Rewards Card again! Useless garbage, oh and the reward points to get a discount on your groceries after you've gained 1000 points or more, only works when they decide. 3 times I didn't get it after gaining the points. 3000 points wasted!

Got my card 1 week ago and can't even create an account! Customer service is useless. The App leeps telling me the username I picked has been taken already! OK, BS. I've tried a combination of 30 different usernames and they've all been taken? Yeah, right. I'm done with this card already. Thanks for nothing.

Worst card ever. They deactivated my account after having it for 1 week for identification verification. I still had money in my account also was getting paid direct deposit the next morning. I called customer service and the rep talk me the company automatically deactivate cards once you receive your personalized card in the mail. And they dont notify you of this. Then I keep putting in my username and password just for them to tell me that it's wrong when I kno its correct. Never again.....

I downloaded app so I wouldn't have to go online all the time but it won't let me create an account because it says my username already exists, but if I hit "forgot password," it says username is not in the system. I'm in an endless loop of frustration!!

Do NOT use this card if you are expecting to be able to use YOUR money in any timely fashion. Customer service call center is a joke. The employees are beyond nice, but the policies and information given to customers is always changing and no one is able to follow up on anything. Kroger, us bank, who ever.... Its 2019, who still uses fax (especially when customers are expected to fax in SS card and DL)? Get your app working. Whole thing just a huge headache when i picked the card for convince.

Stay away from this card! It's been a complete nightmare! I have been trying since the middle of August to access my direct deposit on this card. It's sti not available! I just filed a complaint to the bbb and going to file one FDIC Stay away use cash app or another mobile bank instead!
