The App reports the arrangement delivered since yesterday (when it was due), but it has not arrived. Your support says it's normal for the app to miss-report delivery status'. If I could give you less than one star, I would.
So one year later they charge me for an auto renewal that I can't cancel. It does not appear in my subscriptions in my account. So since I have free shipping for a year now I try to buy flowers to be delivered on mother's day only to be repeatedly denied. So unable to place an order at all I am changing my 3 stars to 1 star because they have made the app totally useless and will flat out steal your money. 100% DO NOT USE THIS APP. IT WILL STEAL FROM YOU AND DISAPPOINT YOU. Out here robbin MFers
I have never seen such horrible customer service. I ordered a $137 gift basket and 2 balloons. The order never was delivered, they tried repeatedly replacing it with another arrangement, still didn't get delivered. I have called and spoke to the customer service department they said that my money was refunded that was over a month ago. I don't recommend using this company.
Can't use PayPal from the app. Can't select from multiple stored payment methods - always defers to first-entered account number regardless of user-selection. Very glitchy - tends to delete the shopping cart and gift messages without warning. Better off using a web browser. This app is not very usable. Same-day delivery orders not available through the app. Basically useless. Looks nice, though.
It's fairly easy and, very straightforward. Just >scroll down< to the appropriate occasion. >Click< said occasion. >Scroll down< and, >click< on the particular gift(s) and, viola, you have what you want. Easy as pie!!!
UI is a tad clunky, slow and cumbersome (auto fill drop-down blocks keyboard--PUSH "Shift" to time this out,btw) in some areas.
The app is easy to use, the flowers have been beautiful, and the delivery dates have been always on schedule.
Great App I love the Arrangements. Would Give the app 5 stars if I can fully customize the Arrangements to what I want.
I've placed many orders with 1800 Flowers at various times of the year and never once have I ever had a bit of trouble. The individuals/employees I've spoken to in the past are extremely polite, kind and mindful.
Can't wait to see what she gets. shipping is high on all these delivery apps !!
App shuts down as soon as I do anything. Now Christmas 2021. Sometimes the app works. Sometimes the app says the bot detector doesn't respond and the app doesn't allow checkout Sometimes the app rejects discounts, that work later Sometimes the app disagrees with shipping and billing addresses that work before or later Etc. They lose so many sales and I seem to have multiple shopping carts with different things that won't check out due to some bot detector
awful mobile app, broken links and functions all over. aside from the app, had terrible experience with 1800flowers. had a screwed up order (never delivered) and they refused to give a full refund - I received absolutely nothing, yet they offered a 50% refund. really. Had to dispute charge with my bank (whom agreed with me and credited my account). Not worth the hassle or nonsense.
it's quick and easy. when they made a mistake their customer service was amazing and corrected the problem immediately with class.
App logged me out and I can no longer log in. Log in works fine through a browser which defeats the purpose of having an app.
Won't sign in. Never works. "Error getting the bot detection challenge. Please contact the system administrator." Useless
I've only had a late delivery once or twice in the many times I've used this service. When that happened they did their best to make it right.
I've been using you guys for a very long time and i get you guys are busy and all but you really dropped the ball on me so much that I'm awe struck. 1st my order doesn't get there and it looked like it was never even sent out or prepared. 2nd it was cancelled the next day without me even receiving an email, i only found out after i called. I told the lady on the phone to redo the order and send it out. Now i come to find out that what i ordered was completely changed without my knowledge.
The app is fine. The prices, especially for delivery, are nuts!
I will not be ordering from this company ever again. I ordered a gift for my sister and wanted it delivered the same day, after I placed the order few minutes later I called and tried to modify the order since they were not able to deliver on her birthday and they refused to cancel the order or refund. This is the worse policy I have heard of in any company. I hate this company!!!
Their website was working perfectly last week, when I was planning my order. Today I try to use the website, and it is completely nonfunctional, and just prompts you to download the app. So I downloaded the app, which was hard to navigate, and froze up when I tried to check out. Uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times, but could never get through checkout. Total garbage. Thankfully when I called customer service, the person who helped me place my order was really friendly and helpful.
Doesn't use the account login already created on their website and when trying to create a new account using Google login the app freezes. Tried 4 times, all, same issue, gave up and uninstalled.
website very user friendly. Flowers always arrive fresh and last longer than traditional flower shops.
I'm changing my review from 4 stars to 2 stars instead. The app is wonky and you could very well wind up ordering something completely different than what you intended (happened to me). The prices are very high for the quality of the end product you receive compared to what is displayed. Best thing I've experienced about this company is the customer service. No complaints there but with everything else... 👎👎👎
I've never had a good experience with this app. It works well with placing an order but I have been using this for months to send gifts to my sweetie and I get email confirmation but no order listed on the app. I can only see 2 orders when I've placed at least 10 since February and only 2 are available to view? The whole thing needs to be updated ASAP.
Absolutely the worst app I have ever used in my life. The address book auto complete will pick the wrong city. The thing is slow and clunky and does not register all taps. The design language of the app looks like it was made when Android 3.0 came out. And the mobile website is somehow even more completely worthless. I made it all the way to the order screen, and now because of all the time I've wasted, shipping just went up $4 and it says my perfectly valid card info is wrong. WORST APP EVER
Only giving 2 stars because it wanted me to download and use their app. It said I would receive 20% off by doing so. That is the only reason I did. The app cut off half of what I was viewing as I typed. Then at the end, no discount. It also said -10.00 for picking the day before Mothers Day. I took that to mean it would take 10.00 dollars off the delivery price. It did not show that to be the case at the end. What a pain. Won't use this company for the other two bouquets I need to send.
