Search is inconsistent, different results when the same wording is rearranged. Auto ship option is hidden in the order process. I don't know if I signed up for it or not but surely don't want or need it. Hopefully I can figure it out when my order arrives. Shipping has changed so free is 3-5 days rather than 2 even though I ordered over the $49 minimum.
When my credit card expired, the app wouldn't let me update it. I entered the new card, but the checkout system kept defaulting to my expired card. When I tried to delete it, the app didn't show any payment methods on file. I live-chatted for help, but the rep could only suggest deleting the app & re-installing (which I did, and it didn't help). The live chat function is awful, too. It doesn't alert you that you have a reply waiting. You have to sit there staring at a screen until they reply.
I have been a customer for nearly ten years, I believe. It may be more. I have never had a bad experience. My orders have never been wrong and I've always received them in a timely manner. This app did not let me check out for months. Then it worked great. Now it won't let me shop. I am finished. By the time I pay shipping I pay the same price as I would locally. No savings.
Forgot my password. Went through the steps to change password. I keep getting a CSRF Token mismatch message. Everytime I try to change my password. Please help? Update. Problem was fixed. Thank you.
Buggy It ultimately works, but not without issues. On my first attempted order the app first crashed, though it saved my order, and then threw Boolean errors when trying to save my vet refill information. I think the order went through, but I'll have to check on my desktop browser. Overall, not a robust app, and I don't trust its security as a result. Sloppy work. Thank goodness for PayPal.
Has a few bugs. Easy refill items keep reappearing even after deleting. App doesn't log out. Log out manually, and you have to use password, even with fingerprint option selected. Placed and received 2 orders since installing (on website, not with app), and received no updates even though push notifications setting is on.
Several features seem to be broken. Every time I try to reorder an item from a previous order, the app closes. When reopened, it says there was an error. This is one of many issues, including a loop created by changing shipping options, which takes me back to the start of the order again.
Been trying to get onto the app for a few days and it freezes on the first screen. Uninstalling and reinstalling did not resolve neither did restarting my device.
The app doesn't want to open, have uninstalled and reinstalled, still doesn't wor6, please fix, I order pets medication here. Thank you.
I hate not being able to give all 5 stars because my past experiences with the app have all been great but recently I can't even get it to open. I've tried uninstalling and redownloading numerous times but still won't open. Hopefully the bugs get fixed soon because when it works the app is great.
The app doesn't work well at all. I can't edit credit card numbers, it won't save properly. It also has been giving me an error for 2 days saying there is no internet connection and a 409 conflict error. The app never worked very well, but it has really ceased to even function at all.
Get an error when I try to put something in the cart. Ends in "void". The error disappears to fast to copy it. Also, your admin address is invalid which violates Google terms and conditions. Not very professional at all. I won't be ordering through this app due to fear of my data being compromised.
I can't remember my password it tells me successfully sent when I give my email address, but I never get it. I tried to do a new sign up but I am told that email already exists. I ordered product but now I can't track it. A few days ago someone tried to call me from 1 800 petmeds twice but the connection dropped when I answered it. What gives??? Still having problems will try to sign up with a new email address after Uninstall and reinstall
just like your website it needs to be easier to log in. if you pay in with PayPal you can't log in with the last 4 digits of the card you use, and it seems even when I write the password down or use a password app it doesn't work and I have to change the password every time I need to reorder.
This app is frustrating to use at checkout time. Kept saying contact information was missing when all fields were clearly filled with correct information. Then when you contact customer service their minds are boggled as to why it was saying that. Waste Of Time!
I am 65 years old & not exactly a technology wiz but I downloaded the app, found everything I needed due to the great variety I found PLUS all 3 items I purchased were on sale (30% off) AND there was a coupon code available that took another $5.80 off!! I definitely will be back for all my pets needs!!
Installed it. created an account, but never able to log in. kept saying that it couldn't find my login or password. attempted to set up account again, but it said I already have an account. if I could give a review with ZERO stars, I would. Putting out a product that doesn't work is the quickest way to for a NEW customer to take a vote of no confidence in your ability to provide the CORRECT medication for my fur babies.
I have been ordering from this company for close to 20 years and the app is great, as well as the personal service I receive online or by phone. This app is extremely user-friendly and when I order my Heartgard or NexGard for my 4 furbabies, the process is very simple. Check out their other many items besides just meds. Their prices are well below what the vet charges. Delivery is very fast! This company rocks and I'm so glad you are always there for me.
Needs a lot of work! Works poorly and always shutting down in the middle of shopping or checking out. Never updates. Slow and just all around they need a new or much better version!

ordered Days ago and got a confirmation email. I've been trying to find out the status of my order but the app never showed it. had to go to the website and find out I needed to verify payment? I used PayPal so why do I need to verify payment? no email or anything to let me know there was a problem? First time ordering from here and that just doesn't seem right to me.
The app constantly has bugs and issues. Currently I'm unable to add items to cart. Other times the checkout flow ends up in an infinite loop. Need better app development.
Was just informed that the app was eating up all my memory ? Never had this problem before & The app was very convenient & helpful. Not sure what to think now . I have uninstalled it & will give it another shot . Before getting this notification of my memory getting used up this would have been a 5 ***** star We shall see after the reinstall.

The staff does everything they can to make sure that I get the best possible price for the meds and other products. If there's ANY frustration in my voice, even if not their fault, they find a way to fix it. They always ask how Buster is doing, by name. Always upbeat! I never hesitate to order from 800Pet-Meds, because I know that they genuinely care about me and my dog!
It isn't easy to find the medications you need. It should be obvious. The search engine is not very good. It should have a section of what you have purchased before, easily. Also, if you want to buy multiples of boxes of pills, you have to enter the name of the pet and vet multiple times, it is ridiculous. Also, if you are buying the same medication for more than one pet, you can't say that. I also think the medications are very expensive, though probably cheaper than your vet giving it to you.

Horrible. Keep getting a 404 page when ordering a particular med and can't edit quantity once in cart. It also never saves my vet so I have to manually enter it each time because my vet is not listed in their database.
Friends, yes this apps bad. Its like this for a long time; I've been a customer for several years. It was issues from the start yes. I did as others unstalled/reinstalled but no better; I just dealt with the bugs though. Recently the app stopped opening all together. I was due for an upgrade on my phone & thought it may start opening sadly no. Saying all that.. no worries, just call them about your script refills. They have all your info & will give the best discounts possible. It's what I did👌
