This is my favorite mobile game and it has been for years now. My only complaint is the lack of audio controls. You can only change the settings on the main menu, so if you want to change them while playing, you have to end your run. On top of that, you can only turn sfx on or off and same with the music with no in between options. Tweaking these 2 things seems like a pretty simple fix that only improves the user experience. I look forward to continue playing and hopefully see these changes :)
I loved this game years ago, the mechanics where unnique, the combat was smart yet simple. The statues where a cool mechanic, the enemy designs always kept a specific theme, and the limitations of the graphics, made more room for creativity and imagination, i loved this game, it's one of the best free games on the app store for how well put together it is. <3
It's your typical simple yet addicting gameplay. This was one of the first roguelike/roguelite game I played which got me interested in games such as these. It was interesting to play something that has really basic controls but can get really challenging especially when you don't know how the game works at first and the strategy in playing it. I'm not really bugged with the monochrome graphics because I think it adds to the charm of the game but if I have enough money, I'll surely leave a tip!
Tons of fun, I could play all day. It's a simple/direct dungeon crawler adventure. You can pick from multiple characters by unlocking them or lvl up your main with in-game currency (which is very easy to acquire). Everything looks and works fantastically. I would have gladly paid money for this game.
The game is fun. Yes. But in the pics, it says the game can be changed to have color instead of just black and white. However, ive played, and theres no option to change it to color, in the game.
Annoying ads, also 1 bit colors, need to pay for 3 bit colors. Besides, game is really boring. Music is nice though.
I love this game except why must all the movements be done by swiping? It becomes very tiring, there should just be buttons to touch. Game has very simple strategy and nice graphics
Its really quite good, simple quick gameplay with a hint of strategy. Music is fantastic but i wish there was more content to it
Cute but a tad too simplistic. The number of meaningful decisions, especially early on, are pretty limited.
It's like a easier version of Tower of Druaga. Alot more fun too. I wish there were more games like this.

The game feels smooth and the love put in is visible. The ads are non intrusive and easily can be forgiven. The game will have you stratigizing from square 1 and the flow of the game is perfect for commutes or passing ~20 minutes maximum. The only gripe I have is that you must close and reopen after every full sized advertisement (after every run), which gets annoying very fast.
While it is playable with one hand, controls are terrible. It's not a virtual d-pad, it's swipes, and that responsive or intuitive. There's room enough for a d-pad or arrows at the bottom. A lot of times it just skips a turn because of this, which I guess adds to the difficulty, but not in a good way. I don't understand why it has such high ratings, and the last update was in 2016 so I know a d-pad isn't coming. Not even an option. 3.49 is a bit much just for a few more colors and no bonuses...
