I paid for this site and have not been granted access to any of its features.. poor quality even worse customer service.. I have sent several emails for them to fix the problem and I have not got any response all I want is my money back

App closes when i try to fillout profiles questions,. profile dissapear overnight, matches show pictures of , wires and cables sunsets truly a mess, and no uder support.
app does not work. I paid for subscription and I still could not message or receive messages. Couldn't get the app to stay open for most of the month and I was given no credit
