The app is consistent and accurate as long as you stay within the 12 rep range. Great for building a workout based on your max. You also dont have to max as often because the app can give you an accurate estimation based on your rep ranges with a given weight. It's a useful tool.
Skeptical, but after trying it for a while I found it to be pretty spot on for me and having percentages handy helps, too. A full log would take it to the next level.

love the graph showing the increase of the max RM as I progress. should say though that these are obviously estimated numbers and anyone should take the number as a rough guide not gospel. besides that, it does show your progress as you're able to lift the same weight for more reps it will result in an increased 1rm.
This app helps me a lot with planning my short term and long term goals for bodybuilding by helping me figure out what my one rep max is, based on my current weight usage is, and the reps i can do. I can then exteapolate from this to do always keep my workouts intense and invigorating! Thanks for helping me meet my goals and always push myself, @Developers!
Simple and useful one rep max calculator. I dig the Dark theme, and paid for the pro version to support the dev and remove ads.

One of the most accurate calculators out there . Even when you plug in reps above 12 it still is pretty accurate .
they want you to constantly upgrade but if the upgrade is as garbage as the basic app why would I waste my money.
