I downloaded this app for work and it keeps saying that unfortunately this app has stopped working. I need this app for work because my agency doesn't give us work phones.
It used to work ok, but now everytime i dial the number, it says its connecting and disconnect..by itself
This service should be extended to all furst responders. As a Paramedic I have had to call many family members and had to block my number or unable to leave a call back number.
This app used to work fine until the subscription update. Now all of the calls that I make fail to connect making the app worthless. I'll just have the desk make the calls for me, or just dial *67. There are also plenty of free apps still around. Update: The latest update to the app must have fixed whatever the connection problem was, so it works again.
This app does exactly what it's intended to do. It gives Officers the ability to call Citizens, etc., without them actually having your cellphone number! When they call you back, you can arrange your settings where they will actually reach your Dispatch...perfect! I rely heavily on this app while working. Slight signal issues but nothing major. I highly recommend this app.
I have effectively stopped using the app because when the screen on my device times out, it stops working. The call is "dropped" in that the call remains active but I can't hear the people I'm calling and they can't hear me. When it works, it works great. But if I have a phone call last longer than about 30 seconds, it's pointless. For what it's worth, the guys on my department with iPhones don't have this problem.
Worked very well when I first installed it and used it. It's been awhile since I used it to place a call. After four attempts to complete a call, I stopped trying. I kept seeing the following messages: "Still trying" "Hanging up" Additionally, the volume quality is poor.
My only issue with this app is that it does not work at all when trying to use bluetooth headphones. I have to disconnect from bluetooth entirely, or switch to speaker phone to complete a call. Other than that, the app is great.
After about 5 minutes on the phone the call will drop out. Not able to hear the other party. Same to pay premium for something that doesn't work anymore. On Samsung Note 8. Issues with calls over wifi and regular network (verizon).
While using the app making a phone call to a complainant, the lockscreen will timeout and mute the phone call entirely. The only work around is changing your screen time out to never shut off which destroys battery life. The app requires a subscription which is far more expensive than I believe it should be.
I used the app some and it's a great app. But I don't remember the email I signed up with and no longer have access to that email. I contacted 10-21 and got little to no help. They are still charging me for premium. I have no access to the app.
Ok when it works. Love the idea, but it frequently changes audio output from bluetooth to speaker while on calls. Since the most recent update, it's signed me out. The app seems to not work with my (very common) password manager to log in. Motorola just bought the company so they'll probably ruin it like they have done with every other aquisition of a decent product.
This app is not giving the caller ID as law enforcement. It comes up as a spam risk. The caller ID should be programmable with the officers name and department. Also the number rotates and is not fixed. There should be a 24 hour link to the number from the time it is used for a call. That way the individual that was called can call the number back. Other than that its a good app.
App has been totally unusable lately. I have used 10-21 for several years and I have always been pleased. However, since about the beginning of the year, everytime I attempt to call a complainant or suspect, the app has caused such distortion to the point that I cannot communicate at all with subjects. I am using a Galaxy S21 Ultra on FirstNet. I have been relegated to driving back to the PD to make phone calls due to the issues in this app.
Was 5 star. However, every time there is an update it seems to cause bugs. This last one is that the caller can not hear the person they called. When the app works is great. It's just not consistent. I'm using a Pixle 4 on Verizon.
Ever since the latest updates, calls no longer connect. At most I get 1 ring and the call drops. Have made numerous attempts to make calls with no success. Used to work great. Now, not so much.
Reliable as long as you have stable Data. It does cause a consistent bug on my galaxy s9 plus wherein after I make any call on the app it locks all my audio media and otherwise to my handset and the phone speakers are inoperative until I reboot the phone.
I'm using a Samsung s20 ultra on AT&T firstnet. I'm a premium subscriber and everything works fine except for the option that I have turn on for the make calls as law enforcement however on many tests to different carriers and phone thar have caller ID the app does not send the law enforcement caller ID. Just the phone number and unknown caller with the city in that area code. Please fix or advise if others are seeing this or if it's working.
Love this App! Im always always calling people on the job. This app allows me to call anyone and not have to worry about them having my number. Its also a great app because people usually answer the phone seing whatever number it selects, and the person is more likely to answer the phone due to it not having a blocked or private phone number.
The set up process was simple. However, when I went to actually use it, on numerous occasions, to different numbers, and at differing places around the city, I couldn't get anyone. Not even my partner. Good in theory, not in practice.
Doesn't work anymore. Won't dial, won't connect, force closes. Note 9 on ATT/FirstNet and latest Android version 8/6/2020: Back to work and it is miraculously working again, not sure what changed but it's working now.
Can't get it to work. Worked when I first installed it but now it just shows "connected" and the phone call doesn't go through. Play store shows the app is up to date.
Was having connection issues but they corrected that after a few days. Very useful app. It makes my work a lot easier. It would be nice to get a permanent number that I could give to people to contact me later.
Was a great app but hasn't worked properly for a while now. Connects every once in a while but usually the callers can hear you but can't hear them, that's if it connects. Very sad.

This app is amazing. It was introduced to me by my captain and has a real use for me in my department. I'm constantly out in the field needing to contact my complainants and this helps me manage that. My only complaint was the amount of time it takes for the representatives to respond when you begin. However they updated the app and I think it had something to do with the increase in speed on that.
Calls consistently fail to connect and whenever it does, the quality of the call is very poor.
