10,500+ Cool Facts

this app has.great trivia style facts that are fun to read. the reason for only 3 stars is that several of the pages show only part of the fact, leaving you guessing as to what the ending portion is or the fact is so long it goes over a page in length without the ability to scroll down. there are also pages that have more than a single gle fact. these problems are quite annoying, but not enough to make me delete it.

After going through well over 300 "Facts", I found a few "facts" that are not accurate. At least two outright contradict each other (a watermelon is apparently not a fruit, but IS both a berry and a vegetable). Quite a few are duplicated, most of those with exact wording, but some are reworded or contain additional tidbits. Still, it's a fun app to play around with. Just take it with a grain of salt and be sure to verify before believing.

a lot of fun just to relax and read, there's a place in settings where you can actually verify the fact if you need to. pick up where you left off by saving your page number. again it's fun to read, it's knowledgeable and everything can be verified. enjoy there's going to be something in there you didn't know

Just a perfect app to gain Knievel knowledge and information. Can be a perfect pack of education for anyone (if he/she's) a student. I was worried about being filled with ads like most apps do. But when I turn off the WiFi and cellular data everything goes off. No ads and it became ad free.

I only got a little ways in and started to find incorrect statements. Gold is not the heaviest metal by far, not even including the "new" man made ones. Manatees have ears, just no ear flaps, the can hear just fine. Then I discovered the button for "proving it". It just brought you to a Google search of the question, which proved cool facts wrong (and me right).

It has been really helpful to me in a project I'm working on, so I owe it 5 stars. There are a lot of false facts though. I think an update with a fact dispute feature would be good so the info's more reliable. In any case, it's great to browse through while watching tv etc.

I love this app so much. I feel so smart compared to my friends. However, I don't understand why you tap the bottom half of the screen, and vice versa to go back. It would be so much easier to swipe left to go to the next FUN FACT, and vice versa. But over all, I recommend this to every one.

A neat app that needs adjusted and/or updated. Most facts in it are misleading opinions, possible facts with no proof, or close to facts but not leaving speculation in their wording like they should. On the plus side, with the verify button it can lead you to neat searches that actually are informative and paint a better picture than their one line statements of semi-true-facts.

I'm actually pleasantly surprised! You can verify the fact you're looking at, waaaaaaaaaay easy interface, just a cool little app to pass the time on breaks or waiting. Super cool, and my brain is less likely to atrophy from boredom.

Cool app, but it's becoming annoying with lots of duplicate facts (3 and 4 times for some of facts), lots of typos, and now I'm seeing lots of incomplete facts (sentences end abruptly). Need a way to tag the ones that have issues.

some of the best knowledge put out concisely for everyday conversation. This app is one of the best I've ever seen. it's got great content, great phrasing , and a nice short sentence structure. easy to remember.

So many facts that my sister will get a kick out of, she is hands down, my favorite person to have a good belly laugh with. There are tons of conversation starters, as well as dozens that will never be of any use. The only use provided by many is exercising brain muscles, which may cause headaches. I think I just sent a whole whack of complete B.S. I have never had the ability to produce a review that includes any useful information for anyone.

There should be an option to send in corrections. Fact 293 is partially correct, stating that underground is the only word starting and ending with "und." There are actually two words, underground and underfund. The verify option just searches the title and isn't accurate

Some of the facts are pretty cool but there's a few issues. First, some of them are proven to be not factual. For example, humans do not consume spiders while they sleep. A quick search on the internet tells you from multiple sources that that was a lie intentionally started to prove how easy it is to get something listed as a fact. Next, because of my first point, there should be a way to remove or at least challenge misinformation. Finally, too much repetition.

I wasn't on the app for no more than 5 minutes (or probably even less) and was extremely bored & completely uninterested in anything I read on there. The "cool facts" they have on here are the total opposite of cool and what's even worse, you come across the same dumb, boring facts 2 or 3 times in a row thanks to how much little effort the creator of this app put into making it. The same fact is repeated 3 times in a row sometimes and I only saw maybe 5 different facts on here during the approx. 5 minutes or so I spent on it. Total waste of time. but hey, to yours your own.

Some of the facts are fun, but there are not 10,000+ as claimed. There are MANY repeated facts. They are not all accurate either. One fact says sound travels 5 times faster in water than air and a few facts later it claims it travels 3 times faster. I used their "Verify Fact" feature to prove one fact wrong. According to multiple sources, your heart does not stop during sneezes as claimed. The electrical pulses remain unchanged during sneezes, so it doesn't stop.

Exactly as described. interrsting and neat FACTS. I inagine this would be a great way to start conversation or to keep a dinner party a little less quiet. Its a very simple & basic app but as I already stated, it suits its purpose of providing you with more Facts than you will ever remember. Also as I have just said to someone sitting here with me "You learn something completely useless everyday."

I was all about it until as I was going through there ate repeater some times trippes of facts. Which in conclusion, makes it uninteresting, and boring...sorry! Still got some hope left for a change tho!! Also just throwing it out there, don't be like every other facts app out.. be more creative and interesting!! This is a disaster! It doesn't have categories of facts, and the ones they do have are floppy and boring 💤! 😴😪😥It let me down because I thought, ooh, a factual app, but no, a disastrous app to download. I recommend that you don't download it. If the makers improved the setup and overall gameplay, I would give it another chance. But until then, DO NOT DOWNLOAD! ☹️😭👿I am truly disappointed. 😢.

Their was one fact which didn't fit in one screen and had to be scrolled further down but while I tried to scroll,their would come a new fact when I clicked or scrolled on the screen and wasn't able to read the whole "long fact".Hope you can fix this. Thank you🙏

I love this app. I love learning something everyday, and this app has sparked a need to know about a lot of different subjects like about animals, physics, and psychology that I have found so stimulating. I can't read enough of this app a day.

well i have only just begun reading the cool facts that this application provides. at this time im interested and excited to learn many new things however i would say roughly 7-10 facts are all that i have had a chance to see, read, comprehend, and i was asked to rate the app. so maybe give a little more time before prompting a rating from new users. other than that i would like to share that it certainly seems legit to me thus far. catch ya later!!!

This started out super fun but then I noticed a few things: first a lot of the facts ran off the page with no way to see the rest of the fact. Second a lot of facts were in complete i.e. Q. text text text: then wham nothing no answer not finished. Then sometime after the 5100th fact or so your facts repeat themselves over and over to the point of total disapointment. You state over 10,000 facts but when its just a buttload of repeated stuff you really dont have 10,000+ individual facts deleting.

I love trivia....useless knowledge...no such thing. this stuff is ok but ya all really need to hire better researchers and maybe a linguist. ya got more than a few facts ....well wrong. sorry but the skin of an average human weights a lot more than twice the weight of a human brain more like 20 times. best of luck

A number of thesupposed facts are just plain wrong. For example, the claim is made that gold is 8 times heavier (denser) than all other metals, but osmium, iridium, platinum, rhenium , and tungsten are all deser than gold. Only 7 metals, lithium, sodium, calcium, rubidium, magnesium, potassium and beryllium are less than one eighth the density of gold.

instantly opened the app after download andnstaryed reading awesome little facts, presented in a flash card style display and I call this a win! you arem't hit with novels, though I would enjoy longer stories, names of inventors or other reference huperlinks embedded in the sleek wording of facts provided.

The verify this fact feature doesn't work I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app to see if that would fix the problem but it didn't work. PLEASE HELP. other than that i like the app😁😉😁☺️😄😎
