You get a screen size poster with Multiple images for each exercise. so....if you want to see what to do, you zoom in. There's timer at 10s,20s,and 60s that only dings when it ends. Not worth the time for me.
Nice and simple to use so you can make the most of any free time you have. It has really helped to get back to moving more after the lockdown.
This app is AMAZING! I love it, so easy to follow and such a huge variety of workouts, can't recommend it highly enough.
I like the variety of exercises this app offers. It allows me to put together a routine that I am physically able to do.
Free & premium, typical darebee, & practical. I've been your site, cant donate, but really a game changing in my life. Hope you endure.
Really really good app! It is essential for every worker in office for long time
I'm a better person for having found darebee! Exercise is actually fun
Best free workout programs around
I will use this as complement to my workouts too.
super app for office users
Please add running to this app...@neila rey
These exercises ate great.
gave no instuction on how to do any of it
I am a 51 years old with 3 kids, suffer from Rheumatoid Arthritis and no time for gyms so... these workouts really help me to strengthen my muscles without hurting my joints (like weight lifting would do ). Thanks to all of you at DAREBEE for your effort and creativity.
The preview images are great but nothing shows up in the app. The lists look great so I'm very disappointed.
This app is awesome! I love the 60-second HIIT workouts.
This is so useful! Thanks guys.
The best collection of workout exercises.
Love it !
Wish there was an hourly reminder
Best and most simple fitness resource on the web. This app, like the others, is awesome. Something for everyone, from stiff, weak, overweight beginner to fitness freak.
When I select any exercise, the app hangs and then closes.
For me this is effective App
NEVER TRUST AN APP WHERE 58 out of 59 PEOPLE GIVE IT 5 *s and NOBODY WROTE A (WORDS!!!!!!) REVIEW
There are some legitimate complaints, but overall this app is as good as the site (which I recommend). I understand people being annoyed by a static image for the workout, but I also don't think those people have looked at books or magazines for workouts before. While animated are nice, I think you can get a lot of out this app by using the poster images. My one wishlist item is to be able to save favorite workouts locally, possibly under lists. It would make planning mucb easier.
