Perfectly suitable for building up your pull ups. It might be improved if it monitored different kinds of pull ups. Say chin ups with over hand grip and with hammer grip. But otherwise it's totally suitable for the task. You can do more reps than recommended and it will count them but it does not seem to allow additional sets.
Really like your apps, use them almost everyday for the different exercises such as squats and dips too. Premium price seems a bit high to me though, but thr app is perfect without it as the ads don't interrupt the experience. Thanks for making these well-designed workout apps!
Solid app. Note for the developer, your opening text has a grammatical error. It should read "do as MANY pull-ups as you can" not "as much pull-ups". That's like saying "I drank from this cup, so there's fewer water in it."
How can I extract the data from the app. I want to know on which days have I trained and how much per month. Export/Import does not do anything. Otherwise I'm happy with the app but cannot find the graphs as detailed indication of the progress.
Good gains at first they then slowed down to much less progress each week. Very little variety in the free version. But been going 3 months upto 30 from a start point of 14.
Simple but effective app. The ads arent as intrusive as I expected. Good for building a routine and some discipline.
They have a bunch of different pull ups you can do but the only downfall is they don't tell you how to do the pull up. Some of the pull ups they have I can't even find on Google. I would also like to know what they called the hammer grip pull-up because it's know where on the list
I was wondering how I can combine excercises during a week. Let's say I want to work on my push ups, dips, squats, sit ups, planks the same week. There are aps for all these excercises. I can not just do pull ups or or just push ups etc, cause this would not be a complete workout for the body. Any suggestions on how to pick the right days, rest, combining different excercises on the same day? I need a more complete plan. Thanks.
I have only been using the app for a few weeks, but I have seen improvements in my performance. I like the goals set each week. If I can do better or if I do worse, I am able to log it for better calculations for the following week.
I remembered liking it when I had it last. Then I lost my pull up bar so I deleted the app. I found it, and I love the way it's set up so much, I downloaded (the same developer) 300 sit-up, 200 pish-up, 150 dips, and 500 squat because I know how it's set up that these guys know what their doing and are helping everyone, and I respect that. I'm only 16 but I can tell you as a fitness freak, these guys are what's up.
Have to buy to use. Only one exercise is exposed to view. Removed app it in less than a minute after installing.
Doubled my weighted pull ups in two months. Brilliant to have this aspect of your program taken care of for you.
Works well enough, they should add you tube videos of how to properly do them and instructions on how to spread the workouts. Like us it Monday, Wednesday, Fridays. Or does it even matter. It'll just add to the app
Hi, Is it possible to add dates to statistics? I mean to be able to see for example that on 1 May 2019 there were 15 pull ups done, nut just on day 2 there were 15 pull ups done. This will be great to add to all apps. Thanks
As far a really easy, intuitive app simple to get started and generates a week 1 workout after stamina test, reminders are also a must have feature
Got 26 reps in 7 weeks ! The times are not adjustable on purpose. Just go and if you can't make the full reps adjust with the plus - minus and the app will recalibrate. Be honest and you will improve too! Went from 12 reps to 26 in 7 weeks.
As I'm over 50. I'm taking it easy. I rested 2 days between sessions instead of 1. With that, I've managed to go from 5 half pull-ups per session to 14 proper ones in about 3 months.
The program used is amazing anything good but i wonder if there is any difference in the program between the basic pull ups and the other variations
This application is awesome my biceps are really pumped up and I chose this application to gain height and observed that my height started growing faster than before...Really I loved this application
The best thing is that these exercises do everyone and they are fit either they can archive or nor their goal.. So i just want to say, "Ňothing is better than Šomething".. if u can't run, walk but don't stop you will reach to ur destination 1 day.. U can't be success in one day but one day u will absolutely catch ur dream...
It's a solid way to build up your pull up strength, it sets solid weekly goals and allows you to compete against yourself
Great application and wide variety of exercises.
My pullups have gone up 2 or three every week, The app is easy to use and works well for my purposes.
Premium version not necessary. Bought the full version in the hope that it would give me training plans incorporating all types of pull up. Instead you have to manually select a specific type of pull up and only get a training plan for that exercise. Which kind of makes the premium version unnecessary as you could just do the training plan on the basic version and know in your head which type of pull up you want to do. Basic app is ok though.
