Yet another app that's out of the park! As the others, I love how this app breaks the workout up into sets and then rest in between each set! The reps tend to be challenging but not overwhelming within each set as well. Once again guys, kudos!
I don't know about stretching for 5 whole mins before and after doing just 18 or 20 push ups (days 1 and 2 for me) but otherwise I'm enjoying the program and app interface. I like that ads are out the way at bottom of app rather than interrupting me.
Super simple yet effective. I couldn't do push-ups at all so I started with counter push-ups. I'm half way thru and it is becoming easier. I'll do knee push ups next and eventually complete the regular push-ups cycle.
Not free. Complete the first week and asking for money to continue.. Rubbish. No point to download, many better and actually FREE app in the market. I understand to ask for money if you want special individual plan or diet advice coming with the plan, but money for counting how many push ups I do? Joke. Uninstall. Sorry.
So easy to use. Motivating and take you through every step of the workout, whole my Spotify is still playing in the background.
It's a good app if you want to progressively train for push ups. It has 3 levels and proper rest periods.
Really great steps and makes you feel more and more capable of doing things as they're broken down. If you don't skip days I'm sure this will actually work great
Two stars only because the title is misleading. One would think that 100 push-ups means doing 100 consecutive push-ups not 5 sets of 20. After 10 weeks you can show your friends that you can do 100 push-ups as long as they wait for you to take four breaks in between.
The real 0-100 push-ups app. Even if you can't do just one push-up, the app has counter pushup and knee pushup levels to train you.
I bought the full version for a small fee, alongside the squat and sit up apps, and so far I've had a great experience. Please make a stationary bicycle app!
I've bought this, and the other apps, at least twice now. Love the apps. Don't love not being able to back-up/restore purchases when phone changes. Please can I have some advice?
Excellent app easy-to-use I would recommend it to anybody wants to start out doing push ups or who stopped and needed to start again like myself
This program gradually increases the workout to help build you to where you want to go so that you do not overwhelm yourself and burnout
Really motivating. Great structure to programme. Incremental steps mean you are building fitness quickly.
Very easy to follow plan, starts out wherever you need to: standing, using a chair, on your knees, etc
Starts a bit too easy and difficult to close app when done workout.
Push up that helps. Great work definately helps younget going
Puts ads at the bottom of the screen making it really difficult to exit the app
REALLY wish they had the advanced version on Android... to 200. Good app though.
This will not allow you to do 100 push ups in a row in 10 weeks, or ever for that matter. It only allows you to build up to 5 sets of 20 and nothing more. Waste of money
Very easy to use. Builds up nicely from zero if needed.
Starts off slow and easy builds you up in a sustainable progression.
Nice App, easy to use...something to keep busy during this crazy time
Needs to be louder, hard to hear without headphones!
Ideal if you have a busy life. I do the dishes between reps.
It's working well for me. Please, do one with planks, I'll gladly buy it as I bought this one!
Simple to follow with achievable progressions.
App looks great, just until it stops your progress and asks for money - you need to buy full program to get program for all weeks except for the first. It'll be okay if it'll notify you about it when you start it, and it had no ads during this first week. But since it get me frustrated with a request for money - they get what they deserve.
