I have several fitness 22 apps and I have found them to be outstanding. I was definitely in a rut with fitness, or rather lack of, but these apps which increase gradually step by step have helped me terrifically. I've already posted a rating on at least two of your guys's apps and this app has yet again blowing it out of the ballpark for me! The sets and reps within each set are set up each week to be just enough of a challenge and yet not too much to discourage. Keep it up guys! I'm 4 weeks in on all of the apps I have from you with the exception of the 5K run, finish that all out, and I look forward to each day of work out now!

I like the fact that it's really for beginners! But it would be nice if it had stretch suggestions rather than just saying stretch for 5 minutes.
