I've already posted a rating on at least two of your guys's apps and this app has yet again blowing it out of the ballpark for me! The sets and reps within each set are set up each week to be just enough of a challenge and yet not too much to discourage. Keep it up guys! I'm 4 weeks in on all of the apps I have from you with the exception of the 5K run, finish that all out, and I look forward to each day of work out now!
No complaints - it does exactly what I need it to: gives me goals, a timer and walks me through the sets. The fee is very small; it's fair for what you get.
I bought the full version for a small fee, alongside the push up and sit up apps, and so far I've had a great experience. Please make a stationary bicycle app!
I like the fact that it's really for beginners! But it would be nice if it had stretch suggestions rather than just saying stretch for 5 minutes.
I think the app is useful but some guidance on the types of stretched to do rather than stretch for 5 mins would be useful.
Simple and it works. I did the push up and sit up apps before this one. Just the amount of motivation I needed. Give it a try
So easy with the rest breaks. Doesn't feel like hard work. Builds gradually so you never feel like you are over doing it.
Paid just so I could have the whole program. It's nothing special, but it makes it a game for me and forces accountability.
I like the ease of the app but it needs a graphic to remind you of squat stance as you're doing it

I have several fitness 22 apps and I have found them to be outstanding. I was definitely in a rut with fitness, or rather lack of, but these apps which increase gradually step by step have helped me terrifically. Super happy and now I'm definitely on my way to being at the fitness level I am aiming for. And inexpensive too! Thank you.
