I was enjoying these games and others in the series but find they've become repetitive. The locale might change but it's always "find the four digit number", "find the coins". And now the symbols" are often just splotches and hard to identify on a smaller screen. I've been spending a fortune on coins for hints but the bottom line is the levels are pretty much all the same, just finding numbers which lead to more numbers which lead to a word and then a key. I'm going to try a different developer.
Overall, I like the game. Need to change the colors of the puzzles, though. The completed are green and the active are dark turquoise. There isn't much contrast n in a dark light situation, it's very easy to mistake the active vs completed. Also, most of the puzzles, lack a text description of the acquired items after the initial find. Some objects are not the best graphic quality n identifying an object for use can be challenging.
Love the game for the lost part but when you'd ont get obvious stuff because sometimes tapping or sliding doesn't seem to work until you use coins just to be told you were doing the right thing the whole time. It has happened so many times, kinda annoying at this point. Hope it gets fixed.
Well done to the developers for ceeating the game. The game isn't as enjoyable as others. The UI seems to be very poor and the interactions with the game is quite slow. Some of the items to be found are so inconspicuous. If thos can be fixed, then it really poses to be an interesting game to play.
This is one of the best escape games I have played. Plenty of variety of places and types of puzzles, which dont ever repeat or become boring. The one thing I really like & find helpful is puzzles telling you you need to find the clue to complete it & what the objects are when you collect them instead of floundering around & nedding a hint everytime, although some of these puzzles need hints too!
Perfect method of making use of idle time. Some of the mini puzzles within the levels are fairly challenging and not difficult, best description is it's a decent warmup exercise for the brain.
Figured out the way to solve puzzles but had to use hints, and still doesnt work. Very poor controls. The idea is great, the rest not so much
Great brain training. Great graphics. It would be better if there were more opportunities to earn coins rather than have to buy them. Well done on such a brilliant game though!
Very good game. Recently started playing these types of games and found previous ones very frustrating as many of the clues were either too hard to find and/or the puzzles were too difficult. I play games to unwind and as a focus for my recent anxiety, and whilst I like a challenge I also didn't want a game that was going to have me wanting to throw my tablet down! This game is free, has numerous levels, logical clues, good clear graphics and most of all enjoyable. Thank you.
It's a shame. I was having a good time with this game until I got a level that I finished. Once it was done it doubled up and started glitching. Now it won't let me finish the level. Really is a pity, I was having fun.
Eh game, great idea, horribly made. I would love it if it wasn't so badly made. Most of the time the "hints" aren't helpful and it often takes at least 3 "hints" to actually help, the rest of the time it shows you a super tiny thing that you apperently didn't click on despite the fact that you tried multiple times because something looked off but nothing happened.
Cheater! In some levels, I used the right tools on the right objects, it didn't work, when I paid for hints, it showed the same thing and it worked!
Some of the puzzles are frustrating, but every one I learn through a hint helps me with a later puzzle. Addictive game!
Really enjoyable game no ads every turn and challenging a lot of levels some hard some easy but it's all free or you can buy coins but you not forced to do anything
I've played this game before but uninstalled it as I couldn't get pass any level as don't know what I'm supposed to do. Now I've reinstalled this game again and was so surprised to find the new version so much playable. The naming of all the items picked up is so helpful and I find I can pass the level even though not easily but that's the fun, able to figure it out! And hints to show us where to look when we're stuck, help us along. Have always loved the graphics but now I love the game too!
Free to play, very few ads which aren't disruptive, you don't have to finish a level to unlock the next one so if you get stuck in one you can skip it, play on, and come back to it later. Very fun, easy to get lost in. There are occasional glitches and the puzzles are sometimes nonsensical, but over all this has been a very positive experience.
I absolutely enjoy this game. I appreciate developers fine tuning for a more detailed user friendly game. For example, the selection of escape room shows a visual image. The free hints are helpful as well. Thought went into a more natural progression to solve the problems and/or puzzles. Definitely higher order thinking skills are involved. Great job! 👍
Was really fascinating. I like the variety in back story. Each room was easy but difficult enough to give me a challenge. It wasn't repetative so gave me incentive to keep playing. The only down side is, sometimes it is difficult to tap on items especially the mini games where the parts need to move or swap over to complete. It doesn't always recognize the tapping so gets frustrating at times. Other than that, it was really good.
Very good game levels are challenging but you get there in the end! Love the graphics. Update: Sometimes when I click on something it doesn't actually register it and the level where the child was stuck in the multi coloured cage, I had to do it all over again there was a glitch where all my inventory was broomsticks. If you can fix touch sensitivity and glitches that'll be great. Other than that I still love it! Great job!
it's a good game when it works. game 2 the laptop won't accept hellobuddy as password. that is the last clue I need to escape. other levels similar problems. sometimes can't tell if I'm not playing correctly or if its a glitch. oftentimes if I leave the game and come back it'll let me do something I couldn't before. can be frustrating. frequently videos won't load for hints. game is a good concept but issues take away from enjoyment of it.
Level 80 is stuck. The 4 petal flower won't tap all the way round. I can only tap the first 2 petals then it resets. I tried updating the game but still stuck. Also the butterfly circle in level 100 is a problem. I have to tap many many many times to select and move them. At first I thought it was freezing but then they moved but very hard. The rest of the levels are fine.
Could've been a great game, but it consistently makes you do the same level 2 or 3 times even though you click on "next level" and the level number changes. However, you are on the same level you just finished with the same puzzles. What's worse is some times it traps you in 2 rooms only (of this same level that you know there are more accessible rooms without keys etc) and you can't get to the clues in order to exit. If you use all the hints it eventually gives you the answers. Ridiculous.
An overall fun game that's worth giving a try. Things I don't enjoy is the text before each level (it's not written well), hints often lead nowhere, and there are no clear text instructions on what to do. However, the levels are fun to figure out, and there are little animations here and there that are pretty cool. It's a good game all in all. Free coins are given each day so you can use hints and pass the levels. The only thing I wish was better are the instructions at the start of each level.
Overall, it's quite fun. My only issue is that some puzzles can be solved by mere common sense and yet the codes don't work unless you have the evidence, which I find taxing for an escape game. The end goal is to escape and think logically and yet it feels more like a treasure hunt. I enjoyed, but now it's more trying than fun. I'll uninstall. Edit: somewhere in the earlier levels from Lvl 4 to 6. I stopped playing right after.
This is one of the better escape games out there. Yes, sometimes you would never be able to figure out the next step, but on those occasions you can use a hint that in this game is free, so I think that well evens out that problem. The game is fun and just challenging enough not to be too easy or hard. I've been able to acquire coins by passing a level, which I've used just a few times so far to skip a puzzle that I either didn't enjoy or couldn't find a logic pattern to use with it. Great game!
Absolutely love this game. So many different levels or mini-games to complete. I especially like the addition of the clock. On my first attempt at clearing all levels I ignored the timer concentrating solely on solving all of the puzzles. Now that I've done that, I go back to the start and go through each level as quickly as I can trying to improve my time. I'd easily pay for this game.
This might have been really fun, but the controls are not working well. Tapping several times, and it doesn't respond. So I buy a hint that tells me to tap the screen right where I was tapping, and it still didn't take. Too many of the puzzles were jammed up like this, and that's just the first 2 levels. Uninstalled. Way too frustrating. Reply: last spot and most stubborn was the hammer & chair. Also tapped green spot above armoir several times before it responded.
I played this for months and finally hit 320. Moderately difficult in spots, pretty much just right for casual play. There are walkthroughs for maybe 80% of it. I used those for some tricky spots and save the points to bypass some of the tedious, frustrating puzzles. Many puzzles are challenging and fun, some are tedious and frustrating. It seemed that the last levels had lots of those. Some steps are meaningless and random, which is where the walkthroughs are handy.
I am really enjoying the sheer number of levels in this game. The first hundred are in a different style and I actually like it better. The later 'story' levels have many things so tiny in the background that it is hard to click on them/see them. It's also occasionally too dark to see well. (And I hate spiders. The amount of spiders was not cool.) However, you do get daily coins and coins for solving each level. I really like that. You can use the coins to buy hints or to skip some puzzles.
