1010! Color

Edit: good to see they've sorted out the issue with the intrusive ads. Back to the original amazing game it used to be. A permanent feature on my phone whilst other games come and go. I used to love this game, played it almost ever day and it bizarrely helped get me through a very tough illness. Now I cant actually play it as ads pop up every 2 seconds covering the screen. I've tried blocking them by saying it covers content but they still keep coming. Please sort this out :-(

It's a really cool game, different from other puzzle block games in that besides fitting every piece together, you're also thinking about the colors and how to get rid of them. I gave it 4 stars because it has some bugs-- the "get rid of this color by watching a video" option never works because it always says the video can't load. So then with the difficulty of the game and no option to further it, the end games very quickly and unsatisfyingly. I really miss the old version of this game too.

Excellent game, but sometimes you can end up with quite a messy game board and it's helpful to be able to clear an unwanted set of colours by watching a video, also this gives you the chance to get a higher score, and clear up the board, but more often than not the video always fails to play! Then you are stuck with a messy board and no where to place your next piece, bringing the game to end!!! :-(

Great concept, but terrible game. The original is way better because it allows you to plan for what is coming by giving consistently shaped pieces. This one starts off consistentish but seems rigged at around 1000 points to start throwing bigger and bigger awkward shaped pieces that one could not hope to fit. The only way around this is to watch ads in order to clear certain colors from the board. The game basically caps your score unless you watch ads. Absolute trash.

I really like this game and find it addicting as well as challenging and frustrating! I am continually surprised by the color combinations that appear, and if it weren't for the single squares that I consider lifesavers, my score would be even lower than it frequently is! But I love the challenge and like it better than plain wood blocks. Great game!

I love this game. Addicted. Just recently I started having a weird issue, tho, that I wanted to tell you about. When the pieces pop up at the bottom, they sometimes have a little "ghost" square, like a square is hiding behind the main piece. Sometimes confusing bc I'm not sure what the actual shape of the piece is. When I place it on the board, the floating piece often just disappears. Other than that, no issues, great game.

I was enjoying the game until now. Adverts are not only inbetween games, which is fine, but now overlaid on the game screen. They do not go away with time. Hoping this a programming error rather than intentional. Ruins the game experience. Also most of the time I have to click 5 times or more to watch a video to clear a colour and sometimes it just doesn't work. Hope this gets fixed as a good game otherwise.

I like this game, it is challenging and fun. I worked out you can clear a colour by watching an ad for 30 seconds (mobile data or wi-fi cost) & challenge yourself a bit more. The only problem with this is that MOST of the time, you can't get the video to play, but then it plays as soon as you lose:( Game GREAT but links to videos POOR.

I'm like a few others who downloaded the game despite seeing so many bad reviews. My first and only game was actually great, I loved it. But right in the middle of it, an ad pops up which I can't seem to exit. After waiting 30 seconds, I go back to my game only to see that I've started all over again. I've uninstalled now because I can definitely see how the ads make a great game quite unplayable.

I really like this app but the only problem that has kept me from giving this 5 stars is the option they give you to play an ad to remove a certain color. Alot of times the video ad doesnt play so it wont get rid of the color an causes it to end the game an run out of moves. If they can fix this option I would give it 5 stars. I have reached out about this problem an it still isnt fixed

Though many commented negatively I downloaded anyway to check it out. I gave it a try and first game was going well. It was challenging until an ad popped up. I watched the ad and was ready to go back to the game but it had wiped out. There was no notice of the game ending. Just Kaput! So kaput to the game, I am uninstalling.

It is a good enough puzzle game, but feels too luck based to really stand out. With tons of possible shapes and randomized colors, there are simply too many variables to try to strategize for. The original 1010! is far better, rewarding careful planning and organization, definitely play that one instead.

This game is brilliant. Very addictive. One major problem. The videos you have to watch in order to erase a colour. Get them to work properly and I'll give it 5*s. Are they suppose to play when you press the home button? 10 months on, still not fixed the video situation. Come on guys, this has been going on since before I installed this. Not good enough. !!!!!! FRUSTRATING. 11/12/2020, just uninstalled. Video issue still not fixed. Days without being able to play. Removed 2*s.

It wouldn't let me clear the colour from the board because the video failed to load. it's not just me but other users are having trouble with clearing the board. The video doesn't load. I bought the app to clear the ads, is that why it isn't working? At least fix it please, you have to answer to those who bought the app! I like the game but it's disappointing when the company doesn't fix bugs.

This WAS my favorite game. Now it has ads and you can't get out of them. The first time I thought I was hitting an X in the corner to close only to find out it was a play button which took me to a site, the next one went away after a period of time and the one after that popped up before I could move 2 pieces and never went away. I had to shut it down and start it back up. I've played some games that have annoying ads but none were this bad! I only gave it 2 stars because it use to be awesome.

It's a great concept with fun potential but it is frustrating for me. I've played a lot of 1010 games. But I can't play this one for very long. These pieces are too big - too many tiles, odd complex shapes - difficult to fit in, and no color patterns to them, too random - each large piece has alternating 4 colors rarely with 2 same color tiles together. I don't get enough satisfaction of fitting them in and matching colors. I end up watching more ads to remove tiles than I do on play time.

Excellent relaxing game, adds only when you need to clear a color

I like it, until the ads come on and stop my spotify playlist from playing. It is a possible deal breaker for me. I don't want the ads to interfere with my music listening on spotify. Please fix this. Only a few ads turn off my music, like the "olive garden app". It is the same ads that are frequent offenders.

i am just about to uninstall this game but not because of the game but becase of the over the top advertising. Many of the ads can't be dismissed for 30 seconds and many have obnoxious sound that you can't mute. Now there are ads at the bottom of the screen during play with voice over that repeats over and over. Good game but the ads are annoying.

Good game but its spoilt by some of the adverts. The silent ones are fine. Its the audio ones. They cut out my music. Doesnt matter if its rocket player or spotify. Music stops. Have to go out of app, into music, turn back on. Then back to the game. Another problem google ads right over game. Gets worse, jumps about and now the colour blocks dont show so cant continue with game. Given it up as a bad job.

I've played this game religiously for months. I love it. And because I love it, I put up with the relentless ads after EVERY SINGLE round. But now there are ads hovering over the center of the game during play. You can't play around them. You can't close them. What the hell. I could understand a banner at the bottom or something but this isn't okay. Uninstalling until changes are made.

It's entertaining and help with stress.

Managed to get to 38000 despite the ads, but am now uninstalling. the ads are just too long, with the shortest being 30 seconds and the longest at about a minute. You can't progress far without viewing them, they freeze and frequently refuse to load at all. I enjoyed the game, but not the experience.

Fun for a while, but too random to remain interesting. Rather than providing three random pieces that must be played before the next three are provided, game should allow a random piece to appear in the empty spot of the last played piece, making three playable pieces available at all times. This would allow for longer play time and more reliance on *skill* rather than dumb luck.
