Does not load and buffers out. Sure keeps ads playing though

Will not connect,just spins untill timeout occurs!
More advertisements than actual show, open the app get an ad, hit play get an ad, pause it and then hit play get another ad. Then close the app ask for a rating and the web page wont open!
