The use of "allow to take pictures and record video" permission is for the application to use the back camera and achieve transparent background effect. The use of "allow to access photos, media, and files on your device" permission is to enable you to select an image from the gallery folder as calculator background. The permission is also necessary if you want to convert the amortization schedule into Excel format because the app needs to save the converted file into the Documents folder.

This is absolutely the best calculator available. It is is a combined financial and scientific calculator - as well as a simple calculator. The display mimics the look of a fine HP calculator from the bygone era. The simulated button display looks 3D with unique shadow effect. As a bonus, it includes a real time Forex currency converter which is great for world travel. And all this is free. You can donate $2.00 if you want, and I highly suggest you do.
I just downloaded it but right off the bat few things aren't working. For example, I'm trying to open a bracket after enetering a value but it won't input. I'm only able to open a bracket when it's the very first input; even after that the same problem occurs when I try to close the bracket and then the value becomes zero. Would appreciate a fix. _ Thanks a ton, appreciate the quick response!
The look and feel is very much like the HP financial calculator that I've used for real estate and mortgage work for 40 years. Can't remember its model number because I haven't used it since finding this great app. One difference: this app uses regular arithmetic logic, not the backward logic of the HP. Took a little getting used to, but now I like this better.
Really liking all the extra features! Im new to this field and using an android BA II Pro would get a little confusing sometimes with clearing the Cash flows and stuff like that.. which this one has an easier way to do! Also the cheat sheets will be helping me a ton. I already upgraded on this one to help out the team and show my gratitude. Thanks guys!
Get this app! This is awesome, the functionality is awesome! It looks and feels pretty much like my actual 10b calc, but I don't always have that with me. The critiques I read seem to be user issues more than app issues. If you know how to use a financial calc you won't have any issues.
Phenomenal! I have multiple calculator apps used mostly for financial and statistical calculations... This calculator replaced and out performs 2 out of the other three I had. The only thing left is to add a 10 key financial calculator with tape, which, admittedly, is only a convenience.
I have been fooling around with calculators for more years than many of you reading this have been alive. Nearly fifty years. First of all l there is no such thing as a perfect calculator. The 10BA is however dangerously close to being perfect for the uses for which it has been designed! As an app it is singular in a sea of made-for-profit applications. There are NO advertisements. None! There are NO nag screens urging you to upgrade. And the upgrade is only $2.00
Hi there I face difficulties in terms of reliability of the app hence I've been get difference answers compared with the physical calculator... To be specific for several times been failing to calculate interest implicit rate correctly using the the app and I'm not so sure if I'm the problem or 😂🤭kindly assist. Otherwise it's great app.
A good comprehensive financial calc. I had some initial difficulties which were overcome when tech support reached out and helped. Essentially my issue was using the + - key to make what I thought should be a + FV entry a - (negative) entry. Still lots to explore but a good purchase.
I've been using financial calculators for decades and this is the best I've ever used. I've had it for 3 or 4 years. It is a 10BA Professional by Segitiga. It us fast, accurate, easy size keys, easy to read, and easy on the batteries.
I have had an actual HP 10b for decades and I love it. This works almost identically. I took CCIM commercial real estate classes in how to use it years ago. It is complicated but IF you properly learn how to use it it is a phenomenal tool. The programmers did a FANTASTIC job on this app. ALL the complaints from people who don't like this app have not been trained in how to use an HP 10b. It's not intuitive. There's an Owner's Manual online that can be used to figure it out in lieu of classes.
Ever since I was n college, the HP 10b II has been my go-to method to understanding how to calculate interest and payments for car loans and home buying as well as retirement savings. I still use it to calculate discounting as well as margin as I am currently in a sales role. I love this app and the simple layout it has.

I was having some problems with inaccurate results from calculations. It seems like P/YR is set by default to 12. I changed it to 1 instead and now it works fine. I think a lot of people have faced the same issue.
I am considering a loan. I believe this app allows me to have the knowledge to get the exact loan I need at a payment I desire. I pay a little extra every month and this app shows me how many payments I decrease with the amortization payment list. Great app. This works for cars and houses. I can go into a dealership and know the current payment per thousand. Ex: 20k loan amount times 17(payment per thousand) is $340 a month. Cuts out all the games of the finance guy at the dealership. I find the app easier to use than my old HP 10. And I loved that calculator, used it all through high school - back in the early 80's. So many functions at your finger tips. I use this as my '10-key' calculator/adding machine at work. Must have app for Business/Finance professionals.
love the brightly screen. Also, helpful tips shown by sliding down the button. Better than my manual calculator, as buttons are fading and struggling to see the display. $2 is worthy. Thank you developer.
By far the best calculator in the whole world. I never knew simplifying a financial calculator was possible. It makes me feel like a CFA (chartered financial analyst).Am calculating yields, percentage markups and more. Just name it, this calc does it. And I have a feeling the creator of this app is just getting started. If you have ever tried to calculate percentage price difference in Crypto liquidity pairs, then you will understand how honoured I am to be among the first to review this app.
All functionalities work for me. Great app and good value of money. For those who have incorrect calculations. Please make sure you clear all data and settings. And make to set right values, especially P/Y and xP/Y.
Great user interface. I own the legendary HP 19B II and made a few identical financial calculations in order to check the precision of this Android app and results were the same and spot on. Step 1: build a great app, check. Step 2, don't make it crippleware unless the user pays, and don't include a bunch of annoying ads unless the user pays, check. Step 3. Ask for a small contribution, $2, that users want to pay out of respect for the effort, check. Gladly paid.

This phone based business calculator has been very handy, because it now is always with me. I wish I could buy a handbook so I could take advantage of all the functions. Then print out reports or email answers to problems to be used in email reports. R. Busch MBA 4-2020.
Very good. But no manual. Cannot do anything as finance beginner to the calculator. Also I keep getting wrong number calculated with simple PV calculation, but not sure if I'm wrong or 10BA is wrong
The app works just like the real thing. I have both. The added benefit is having this app - the best calculator - with me everywhere.
Excellent calculator, made even better by the built in help for each function. The help screens provide an example calculation with keystroke by keystroke instructions. There is absolutely no need for a manual. Wow, great job development team. And to top it off the free version is 100% functional with only a start up splash reminding you you can contribute to the continued development of the app. No in app ads. Great support. This is the way apps should be built. I happily sent in my $2!
