As a finance related app, this can be described as... Functional. Similar to their web version, actually. It doesn't present all the info I'd like it to. But the most pressing thing that needs sorting is the transaction approval process. It relies on push notifications that may take longer than 5 minutes to come, by which time the transaction is expired. Sometimes they don't come at all. It needs to be changed so you can approve from within the app without relying on a push notification service

The app frequently logs you out, despite having a pin and biometrics set up, meaning you have to go through the website & re-set up the pin and biometrics. I'm also constantly getting a message about downloading the new app, but even after I've downloaded it, I'm still being told its the old version. Very confusing - send help!

Review is purely for the app, which really needs to development. Frequently 'forgets' that biometric login or pin code has been set up, resulting in regular password resets to log in. I originally got the app for keeping track of my credit card. I have recently just got a loan which is all I can see on the app now and no way (that I can see) to switch to credit card.

App is an unmitigated mess and barely works. It constantly logs out and forces a complete reset of login details, which half the time doesn't even work. It also tells me I'm offline and need to check my connection to the Internet. Even when I'm sat next to my router Seriously needs to be better as the app feels like it's held together with chewing gum and gaffer tape. Which does nothing for security concerns

Garbage. This is not an app it's an abomination to programming. Download it and you'll be able to see all your accounts they said. I did and can now only access one of them, utter shambles. How am I supposed to check balances etc? I've redownload and reinstalled twice, same faults continuosly occur Google should vet these apps for proof of functionality and charge for fixing basic errors.

Just functional - doesn't allow you to do more than view balances and pay. Anything else you need to ring them. Constantly "forgets" your biometrics so you have to log in and reset passcodes and biometrics. Not very good in this technological age!

No option to view pin. Very basic app for a credit card or banking app. Also no option to see if an increase is an option for credit. Also keeps closing down when using. It is very basic for a finance app.

There's a new app to replace this, for the love of all that's holy DO NOT DO THIS. This app works fine for me, the new one which I downloaded, doesn't even go past the first screen. KERP THIS APP and remove the other instead. I was quite happy never missing a payment, now I can't even access it. #KEEPTHEOLDAPP

The worst app ever for a financial product. has never shown a virtual card yet. Now the app doesn't allow you to make a payment to your account to pay your bill, have tried for a week and kept getting payment declined message Just updated the app and now it transfers you to a web page to make a payment, have tried countless times and now I'm getting a message saying I can't pay more than limit. Is this a ploy to charge late payment fees and overlimit charges???? Disgraceful and disgusting.

Would be 5 star except for the fact that you don't have a tab to change how much you want to pay.. when I signed up I was going to pay my entire bill. But life has gotten In the way to a degree I can't pay it all but I xan pay back more than what us required so I don't know how to contact which is why you're only getting 4 🌟 😁😶 if you put in a contact us button you will get 5 star✨️ because its so easy to use and uncomplicated

Very easy to use, i like the simplicity of the app, as it has clear information regards to transactions and payments and It's easy to navigate around. A year or so later I can't get anything authorised Grrrrr

Possibly the worse banking/credit card app I have used. As basic as they come, not even the ability to activate your card within the app. I hope to see major improvements.

You spin me right round baby right round.... Almost 3 years later and we finally have a new App I would not have thought it possible but it's even worse! It takes ages to load and then redirects you to 118 118's website for payments! What's the point then? I could have gone there in the first place you clowns!!

The app is ridiculous. You cabt do anything on it. I applied for a balance transfer card but there is no way to transfer a balance. They say their customer service is available 7 says a week but there is no one to take your call. Do not get one. SCUM

Very bad experience of this and very bad customer service. So don't mistake take this card.i am struggling last 9 months to contact to customer for closing my account credit card 118118Money. But unsuccessful and paying subscription fees £3 per month which I can't stop.its very claver company. So I request everyone don't take this card. I also make a complaint to credit reference agency and other agency for this card.

Very disappointed!!! No option of balance transfers !!! And when I call to do by phone. Saying our customers services very busy and to call back later. What's the point me having this card when I can't use it

Terrible app, cant log in at all to see any recent transactions or even my balance. Oh they brung a new app out to try and fix the matter but yet still cant get into any of them. Really need to sort it out!

Can never get through to customer service. Like never. My card wont work, even when entering the password. But trying to resolve this issue is a night mare as explained above

Very basic and ugly looking app. Have to change passcode or password every session. Difficult to make payments as they're not accepted.

Not a bad app. Have to reset pass code quiet often which is anoying. But overall one of the better ones.

Whoever passed this app for release should be ashamed and embarrassed. So much of it just doesn't work. Dead links, a chat bot that you can't send messages to, and they've forced me to reset my login about once a week. Ridiculous.

Unable to log in for days. Even worse now, cant log in, re-installed the app and it is telling me to search 118 118 Money in the app store and delete what i installed. Absolute joke. 1 star because i cant give none

No idea what devices people are using or issues they have, but for me it's never had an issue with logging in and it's just a bog standard look at your balance Does what I expect tbh

It's an informative app but you dont get the virtual card. Its reads, this service is not available. I thought that would have been fixed by now.

Was good now rubbish:-((( Continuous loop of verification that doesn't go anywhere and now can even log in using fingerprint. Please change it back I need to pay a bill.

Downloaded new app, result?... all my transactions, payments etc have disappeared. The only thing showing is my loan..!!!!. Dont get me started on contacting them

Easy to use, user friendly app. Tells you all you need to know. It's basic, which makes it easy to navigate without been intrusive.

Chat dosent work No virtual card Have to do veri checks/finger print and password set every time I logg in. No virtual card not sure what's different with this app. Have been a customer for over 3 years and still have a credit limit off £225 despite Have a okay credit score. No way of changing my address ? Faq's don't work? Getting hounded to take a loan put for the last 6 months saying I'm pre approved etc etc finally thought yeh okay il get a small loan then I'm rejected.

It always crashes The only thing that helps is to uninstall the app then download it again.. You need to sort that out and the vertual card never worked ..wahts that all about Sorry

Just had an email saying all new singing and dancing app has been launched, its exactly the same as the old non singing, non dancing app, about as useful as your interest rates
