If you use the English version, then you can't access Amazon 11 Street, only the Korean version allows that. Furthermore, if you put something in your cart in the Korean version, it doesn't show in the English version or vise versa. Eventhough it's the same account. Lastly, more items are available and cheaper/discounts when using the Korean version.

The app continuously gives errors: the page you have requests can not be found. This is not showing information (more details) for many products in different categories. How can you buy something on the app if you can't see the product details? You have to keep pressing PC version and then scrolling back from the main page to what item you're trying to see's information. It's a waste of time and so is their help desk which wont acknowledge the problem or assist.

The app is so slow... :'( I think you can still improve the speed and interface of the app. Clients from overseas are not very familiar with some of the brands. I'd appreciate if you can organize / categorize the items better. Thank you.

Please fix the bug with confirmation email. I received the email, but can't verify my account when I press on register link. I get the message saying: "The page cannot be found. We are very sorry about your inconvenience." But everything was done 100% correct. I can't even sign in with facebook cause I get a login disabled notification. I can't shop without an account so what's the point. Please fix it, thanks.

Nothing load correctly . Your review page still doesnt load, now your item description page doesnt load either. I am not sure what kinda experiment you are performing on your app but it becomes very annoying to use. Please fix the bugs..

i don't know if the app is having problem or my phone is but the app is very very slow 😭 i keep waiting on the same page for about ten minutes, what are you expecting from this app? Please improve it

Can't make payment through the app at all, switched to the website but the connection is not secured so the payment couldn't go through as well, very disappointed

I cannot log in thru my fb account in the app...it says that it cant load URL...how to load the apps domain?last time i have no problem about it...i just log it out 1 time and then as i want to use the app i cant log-in anymore....please help...

It's not great but not awful. Main problem is that it's incredibly slow, so you've gotta have the patience of a saint in order to use it.
