12-Lead ECG Challenge
The 12-Lead ECG Challenge app presents a wide variety of cardiac pathologies including a special emphasis on acute STEMI and the STEMI mimics, electrolyte imbalances and others. If you are responsible for cath lab activation, this program is ideal for honing skills and preventing false activation.
Each case begins with the patient complaint and the actual field or hospital 12-lead ECG. You will be able to examine each 12-lead and come to a diagnostic conclusion. ECGs are expandable and movable for easy viewing on phones, computers or tablets. After choosing “answer” you will see a detailed analysis of the strip – many times with highlights graphically superimposed over the strip itself to show areas of interest.
The 12-Lead ECG challenge allows you to choose 5, 10 or 20 strips at a time as well as a feature allowing you to exclude strips you have already mastered from the program.

NOTE: This app contains 150 high-quality 12-lead ECG images and detailed graphic explanations. To provide this quality, the app is a large download. Android requires 91mb of available space (45mb cache for download and 45mb for product install). Some phones do not have this space available. If you have the needed space and get an error you may need to clear your market cache in order to download. Also due to size, downloading over a wireless network is preferable to the cellular network.

Telling me 2,3 and avf is a anterior wall mi seriously who came up with this
'till could not exit the app with back button on my Note 8. Need a resolution. Many thanks
I had sent an email to the developer explaining that once the ecg is magnified, you can not go back to the question. They had suggested using the 'back' button on my phone (galaxy s4) after magnifying to reexamine the question, however when you hit back, it takes you to a new question. Useless app if you cant view the ecg up close before viewing the answer. Developer has done nothing to resolve issue
Annoyed that I just spent $6 on an app that does not teach you anything. Lame! You have to go through each card / question, look at it, make your determination in your head and then you get to see what yhe answer is. Then you may be able to learn something but it's not worth the time. I would rather see what educational tools and info you have to share and then take a quiz that I can answer.
I have found nothing that compares to this application in the realm of 12 lead interpretation, practice and explanation on Google play. The ui is easy and simple. Save yourself the time searching and just buy this application.
Great app and learning tool. Would like to see frequent updates with new EKGs as a dedicated student will quickly go through 125 cases and begin to recognize individual ones
Great app when it worked, crashes on my Droid Maxx 2 when. I launch, have tried resetting my phone with no luck
Great app for learning real ECG recognition with helpful explanations. Regular updates would be better though.

Brilliant. Works perfectly on my galaxy tab. Excellent for a refresher and to test your knowledge.
Basic concept can be covered in the explanation to cater to wider audience (med students).

Great UI. Great questions that are challenging and accurate. This goes beyond the basics. Perfect app for those of us that work on the field doing EKG's!
As a paramedic student this is a good program to practice your interpretations. The explanations are good and help you feel more confident.
Good app. Covers the basics with emphasis towards stemi recognition in ems and short outcome in reality. I like.

The detail in this app is incredible. Well worth the price and the time to download. My one wish list item would be a latest blog posts imported.
ZERO STARS (0) IF YOU'RE A BEGINNER. DO NOT BUY IF YOU'RE LOOKING TO LEARN THE BEGINNINGS. Very bad app or lousy drawing because it's designed as flash cards and the interface on a phone is bad. I presume if you already understand EKG's it might be good, but I'm not sure because I don't understand them yet
