You can’t write your own and the ones here in this app are not the powerful affirmations that I know and for them to work, you need a specific one repeated and repeatedly spoken for it to take affect quickly. The way this is set out will take forever to change things in a big way. Other than that, it’s a start.
I realized if I keep doing what i have been doing i will keep getting what i've been getting...I want more and a healthier me. I have be repeating I am for 3 days and i feel like im letting go of some negativity..my mindset is improving.. Even my sleep seems to be less retless. Grateful to find this app. I will report back weekly so i can share how this positive change is affecting my daily life.
