The app does not let you know when a pre booked job has been cancelled by the customer. Nor do you get any notification at all You can be sitting there and organise everything doing the right thing and there is not even a job. This app has cost me money because of this.
13 Cabs needs to hire proper app developer. Too many bugs. Text message tells that your client has added you as the preferred driver but the does not show anything.
A little too late, 13Cabs, don't you think. If you had started with this rather than wasting money on suing uber then they would have never gained any traction. Also, improve your staff quality

Not a great reputation. Been a driver for 12 months, if you raise any concerns or issues with management they will use anything against you to cancel you off the system and bully and intimidate you so you don't say anything to keep their incompetence occuring. Customers aren't happy but are also ignored.

Helpful application every driver should use it.
It should be created by an expert and 13vabs should hire more educated people or people committed to work. Not ex taxi drivers.

Customer App needs lot of improvement. I went for two app bookings where customer gone under maxi taxi option and selected 6 passenger. Job came to me and i drive SUV dri e SUV. I went there and both of the time my petrol and time wasted. Needs to have better option as customer point of view.
It is ok. But we must be able to do all our work from it and bypass the MTData system. This way the customer could pay us directly. Please fine the drivers for not picking up and must make it very difficult to M3 a job. Also you must remove the 30' suspension on recalling a job. Otherwise where is the incentive to recall. All jobs should be charged a fee, and replacing the monthly radio fee. As not all drivers do like doing jobs. Your company needs a CEO with a cab licence that has to have driven at least a whole month to understand what goes on in our game. Very interesting that managers comment on customers feedback but not on ours. It goes to show we are really totally misrepresented.
Worst app , driver support is very bad. Thats why passangers opt for Uber. Even driver support does not help drivers, if driver cant find the passanger because passenger is inside some building or apartment and after failed attempt to connect to passanger. Query channel apply 30 min penalty to drivers for recall even without knowing that drivers are not at fault. Worst app, worst driver support system.....

Rude stupid idiots driver service I have been mistreated by oackleigh driver service this freaking guys mistreated me he swears to me yelled at me make me angry I almost punch him in the the face when he kept saying F word somehow I controlled my anger just responded to his bad words this company is the worst company this is why a lot of taxi driver is move to uber discusting place

Great ideas. But some important functions like "public toilet", "Flights" not working as yet obviously it's still in development but I'm sure if you put little effort you can make it great
