Worst training app I have used. First is the ads, while you are doing exercises ads appear in the screen and block completely the app screen showing time, exercise, etc. Developers of this definitely doesn't have common sense or haven't trained, I have used more than a dozen training apps and the ads NEVER block the screen or appear in the middle of your training, they appear in the beginning or at the end when you finish. Second, there's no explanation of anything on the app. Exercises, what the circuit is about, how progress is made, etc. Definitely not worth to use this.
