It's designed to do exactly what I want it to do. It motivates me to get up and work out for 15 minutes a day. It's perfectly intuitive, simple to use, and the exercises can all be done at home with no weights. I noticed a little annoyance on a previous version, but a week after I posted about it, there was an update that fixed it. Great job, developer.

taps frequently not recognized, plank timer starts early and/or runs fast. I really wanted this app to help with timing but its not worth the frustration when I have to spend 10 seconds just to have it recognize the tap to get to the next step. uninstalled. Edit: Reinstalled after update, plank timer now works and tap recognition is better but still have to tap once or twice for it to register, but it is better.
