Very helpful features, always updating, and better than the couriers themselves. Updated review after using the app for almost 2 years: First the recent update is not really good, it keeps delaying and loading. It was so fast before and it picks up the courier faster, please update the last edition as it's slow and not consistent. Thanks.
I have used this app on several occasions. From my experience I can say that this app is excellent! At one time I received a notification that my parcel was delivered. So I called home and realized that my parcel had actually been delivered 2 minutes ago. I recommend this app.
You broke the widgets! The large one you've made bigger so this resizes any existing widgets and breaks them on screen. Even then they don't work. The small widget doesn't work rather. Doesn't display the article being tracked and the buttons don't do anything
Great app, but with delays in almost all of the carriers I've tried. While the latest 17TRACK status shows that the package is still in transit 9 hours ago, the fact is it's already out for delivery 4 hours ago when I checked the official website. Delays vary form hours to a day, so it's kinda useless if I have to double check with the website. Most of times push notification feature also doesn't work properly so I have to manually refresh.
It's almost perfect, just I'm not sure how accurate is some of the status, as i have alert but in antowhr sites showing in transit, I'm confused.
So far, so good. Just started using this app for certain international shipments. A bit slow to update info but a lot of apps like this are for overseas shipping.
One thing it's missing that I think it really needs (which my go-to ParcelTrack has) is a field for 'Sender'. Sometimes I have similar products coming in from suppliers, and I need to quickly see from which supplier/contact person it's coming from. Adding to the memo is messy and pointless when it doesn't display that amount of information anyway. So replace 'Category' drop-down field with a 'Sender' input field that we can enter text in.
