My scale and app worked together perfectly for years. Beginning this past week, it just refused to connect to the 1byOne scale any more. I've tried multiple fixes and the scale just tries to connect with the app forever to no avail. Last update was about 7 months ago so it wasn't that. Very disappointing.

It`s a good app although accuracy suffers when you reach certain points which seem to change the calculations made in the ap. You can weigh yourself, show to be a little lighter, but the graph shows an upward direction. Very annoying. Maybe you could add an option that only graphs your weight independently of all other functions. If this problem was fixed, it would be an excellent app.

Used this smart scale for several years and worked great. But upgraded my phone and the original app is no longer available, and this one doesn't connect to Bluetooth at all. New app on old phone also doesn't connect to scale. If I have to go buy a new scale it certainly won't be from 1byOne. Judging by other comments, I'm not alone.

App was four stars while it worked to give an idea of your fitness. I tried reinstalling with a new phone. Despite connecting, data won't load on it. It's predecessor app gave a different (more fit) read than this one. So at least one or both weren't necessarily accurate (body fat percent varying by 4%), but if you're clueless had been a good starting point

I've had the Scale for over a year and it has always worked great, then since a few days ago it will only give weight, no body fat or muscle mass, despite connecting properly to the phone app. I never had a problem for the last year then all the sudden it is doing this. Support says I'm not stepping on the scale properly, as if it's difficult and I haven't done it hundreds of times. I say their update caused this purposefully caused this, just like apple slowing down iPhones so u buy new ones.

Scales are connected but not sending any data. Their old app at least actually worked! Shame I uninstalled it to replace it with this as I can't get it back now. Customer service don't operate for most of the week, have to wait for a response from them. Clearly not a fault with the scales as they worked before, just a rubbish app! I have all the correct specs and I gave it all the permissions. Very disappointed as I wanted to restart my weight loss journey today and they're not open until Thurs

Looks good, lots of features. Doesn't work though, with my body fat scale. Tried everything, it pairs & connects, but that's it. No measurement, therefore no extra info other than weight displayed on scale. Forget this and get the wellness app for the scales, that app (both 1 & 2.0) work a treat. Not sure why they make one rather good app and one useless one. Oh well, at least I can use wellness app to get the most out of my scales.

It connects, but there is no data. I've given it all the permissions it needs, removed the connection, paired it again, etc. When I step on the scale, it connects, says "connected" but fails to show any data at all (including weight). The old app worked fine, but this one just doesn't.

Thumbs down. Wish I'd bought a different scale. I got this to minimize having to enter weight,, but app doesn't register a reading until 15 or 20 mins later. Also, rampant misinformation on stats. It lists visceral fat and bone weight, which are clearly done from your input stats. These smart scales measure by impedence and there is no way for them to measure visceral fat since the electrical current does not travel up the body that high.

Easy to use and the user interface has improved but I do miss the expanded information about each measurement from the old app. I would also like to keep a record of all data points but the app currently does not record hydration or visceral fat or bone mass. Add these features and I give 5 stars.

Scale reads accurate which was tested with multiple weights and against another scale, but I can't connect to Fitbit, the Facebook button doesn't work to log in. Also I thought there was supposed to be a category where you can add what type of body type you are in terms of fitness level. I've got some extra weight in the stomach area, but I can also ride 100 miles on a bicycle and run 10 miles. I'm not 40lbs overweight (closer to 15-20) I'll update this rating if improvements are made.

I agree with others that the old app was better. This one is so glitchy. About 60% of the time, when I step on the scale, the app records 20 more pounds of muscle mass than I know I have. So I have to quit the app, re-sign in, and then re-weigh myself. This usually fixes the issue, but sometimes I have to do that twice. Also, I've given up on putting in my target weight. It's constantly raising it by 40 lbs. I'm a 5'3" woman with a small frame. If my target weight was 155 lbs, I'd be working towards obesity.

App does not sync anymore with Fitbit. It used to do just that but after some updates it stopped working. It does not allow you to login with your Fitbit account. If you press Continue with Google nothing happens and if I want to login with my Fitbit account it's says that my account does not exists.

The ui is much better than the old one, thank you so much for the graph enhancement. Love it. However my measurements gone way up before i use athlete version now no more athlete version that is fine i can use the old one as reference. There is a bug in the display the weight is back to kg without changing to kg i always set to lb, but when i close and open up back to lb. After all happy with the new ui. Keep up the good job

App does not work at all anymore. Opens, starts to load main page then disappears/shuts down. I've tried uninstalling & reinstalling... nothing. Very frustrating. Emailed the developers and nothing also. Without the app, o can't use the infant weighing function on the scale, which is a big part of why I purchased it.

The app will only work with a paired device, the scales used to work perfectly with the old app, but the new app just sits waiting for a paired device OnebyOne scales. Not the old app is gone I can't use the scales. Very, very frustrated customer.

I was using the 1byone Wellness app and my scale stopped connecting about 5 months ago. Never saw a notification that there was a new app in 1byone Health. Downloaded the new app, and it now says my scale is connected, but the data won't transfer. I stand on the scale while the bluetooth symbol flashes, app says connected, but my data is not being saved in the app.

Don. C. Jan 6, 2022

Please remove this app or fix it. An older version worked better. It connects to my device because the blue tooth symbol stops flashing. It doesn't pair however and thus doesn't load the data on the device. I can record my data with pen and paper easier. This app is useless.

Bro. K. Jan 7, 2019

Every time I open the app and step on my scale the app refuses to connect and I need to access other controls in the menu before it will recognize the Bluetooth signal. Add the fact that it requires an online account just to function (Why? Who's looking at my data?) and it looses 2 stars.

Jus. W. Sep 13, 2018

This new app will not connect to my new scale. I use both iOS and Android devices. My devices are new, and running the newest software. I am sure this will be a great app with an update allowing all of the scales compatible to pair properly. Please update this all u till the I'll have to use the app that came before this one.

Tod. R. Jan 31, 2022

App works fine and always connects quickly to the scale. My big complaint is that it doesn't remember it is logged in and so requires getting past 2 different login screens nearly every day. Once past that serious annoyance, it has a nice history and range markers on past charts

Eli. C. Nov 30, 2021

I got the scale today, and for some reason the scale won't connect with bluetooth. Went on my settings to see the version, like it said on the guide, and it's not the issue. Idk what's wrong, but the scale works just fine other than that.

Kev. G. Mar 16, 2022

Works well with the Bluetooth scales I purchased. Syncs up with Google fit. Would like a "keep me logged in" option a having to enter username/password each time I use the app.
