Great app! Works well with my freightliner truck. It tracks my vehicle precisely and generates the IFTA reports I need to report to DOT.
App was crashing after first install and setup. App restored after Customer Assistance...so far ok
junk app, garbage customer support. everyone in a contract with these people could easily claim breach of contract. poor service.
This is the most troubled app I have ever used, sometime it shows that I have been driving from few days even I been home lolz

No body believe that This eld company specially customer service very difficult peoples.because I'm here in jefferson TN.and I used this eld over 1 year.but I bought a new truck And I wanted to transfer the eld to new my truck And they told me ok to active it.but I'm here over a week.because I can't drive without eld.but I paid them for the service it's not for Free But why they are holding me over a week.There is not reason yet.guys we have to fight it for our freedom because we don't need eld

Tried to used this today and it keeps stopping won't even connect its a P.O.S.
Super slow don't buy it
This app does not work. 24/7 customer service is not true. Trailer information entered does not appear on inspection so violations are given. The personal conveyance function does not work. Half the time the auto driving function does not work so you have to manually enter it which does not comply with DOT. Constantly being logged out as the app stops working. I have been trying to get these issues resolved for days with no luck.
Apps keep stopping always when O edit logs
Does not let me log in I think I'm going to ask my boss to get different company I don't need to be going through this on the road

The whole thing doesn't work!!!! ELD day was coming and everyone knew it. Their not 24/7 support that's a lie. They had no tech support in on Monday and everything was haywire ! Your app which works with my phone Bluetooth should work but it doesn't. App is 0 stars just didn't have option. Buyer beware spend more money and avoid the headache you get what you pay for,in this case, nothing!!!!!!
1eld is the easiest elog app out there. And their customser support is awesome!
Piece of useless app
whenever you update, it is mandatory to apply before the app will operate. So, one will often be forced to use paper logs while it says "update pending ".This could be several days.
