This app is absolutely awful. It has never really worked 100%, but it just keeps getting worse. It keeps freezing up and you have to close out the app completely, then get back into it. Something our mplans don't even fully go through and we have to redo them. Lately the app won't even let us sign in because it won't stop syncing. But if anyone calls the help hotline, they are told that they are just doing something wrong. Fix your app. Update: 6/20/19 This app just gets worse! FIX THE APP!!!

This a battery-hungry, nearly useless program. I have to manually log off in order to have power left at the end of the day. Merely shutting GPS off and backing out doesn't work. The schedule function is obtuse and the PC interface doesn't work at all like it's supposed to. I can only hope that someone fixes the bugs but considering its age I'm not confident at all.

Slow. Inefficient. Crashes constantly. Poor GUI format. Non-intuitive. Unreliable. Makes even the simplest tasks take at least twice as long as previous software like Axis or SalesTrak. Scheduling requires multiple clicks for each and every mPlan (no batch scheduling or deleting enabled). Schedule always shows multiple "empty" duplicates of the same mPlans, filling every single day with clones. Schedule scrolls all the way to the end after every action, requiring you to scroll all the way back up to the current day manually. Each section of mPlans takes too long to load. Submitting takes several minutes sometimes (if servers are working). Timer is inaccurate and shorts each mPlan by approximately 2 minutes, or doesn't refresh at all and shows a completely incorrect plan time. Tools sometimes refuse to load, supplements become inaccessible, and printing forms is still not possible after several months of active use. I just want to do my work, but this app makes it much more difficult-- sometimes impossible-- to get work done. That's not helpful. As everyone else says in these reviews, it's time to cut the losses and go back to Axis. Switching to 1Hub was a major mistake.

Unstable. Difficult to use. Undependable. Unable to copy/ paste into excel. Very disappointed even after most recent update. The only advantage I see is the ability to enter data across multiple items during an audit. This is helpful and appreciated. I'll add a star. Oops that doesn't work anymore. What a disappointment

I can't fathom that an app that performs this horribly even exists. Hands down easily the worst app I have ever used since downloading applications became a thing. What year is it? This app performs like it's straight out of 1999. The list of complaints is endless, but one of my favorites is Everytime you minimize the app when you go back to the app it automatically logs you out. There's nothing like having to relog into a store call 30 times , every call. App deserves a 0 rating, 1 is to high.

So far this app has been mostly unpleasant. However, I had similar issues with another app with the same intended purposes. I wonder if these apps were designed for the smartest phones on the market, not budget Androids many employees actually own. I knew a lady who had no issues with one of the apps, and she had Verizon service along with a high end smartphone when I had issues all the time on Straight Talk service with my budget Android and still issues with Wifi. It's interesting.

I wish I could rate this app a zero. It's absolute garbage! Synchronization is a pain, and usually fails or takes forever to complete. Don't let your boss lie to you and tell you it's the connection. The connection could be the fastest possible and this app'll fail. To top it off, if it fails, you risk losing the data you submitted from your mPlan. Then, you'll have to go through the hassle of contacting payroll and pray you get paid for that day/those days that didn't properly submit.

Always crashing my phone. Just a pain to use. Half the time won't let you upload the instructions you need. Cant print out your paper work if it refuses to load. Crashes way to often. Needs so much work. Adding* What is going on With the home pc version on this? Its WORSE than the phone and tablet app. CAN NOT scroll without opening a mplan you had NO intention of opening. Then have to start from the beginning. Whoever is telling you that this app is great the way it is doesn't have to use it.

If I could give it negative stars I would. Horrible app. With the update, it's a thousand times worse. I use this app for my work. I cannot even clock in. It keeps saying my connection has failed. I have tried turning my phone off, on, uninstalling the app, nothing. Clearing the cache, doing everything possible to do it. The beacon system has screwed me over. How is that even possible? I did 6 hours. I will not be payed because of this app. FIX IT ASAP.

Drops out all the time. Refuses to sync properly. In general is a pain to use. Very frustrating and never a good answer to the problem encountered. Agents talk very fast and with an accent. Ask them to slow down and they do -- for about 2 minutes.

My work makes me use this POS. It is unstable and takes too long to load mPlans. I will spend 5-10 minutes per mPlan just filling out details and waiting for the app to sync. Wastes more time than it saves, and gets worse with each update. The GPS has me 1.4 miles from my home when I am sitting in my living room, so I have to call in mileage adjustments every week.

One would expect bugs with a new app but this is very frustrating. Yesterday I could get into the app the only problem I thought I had was that I could not see what time I was scheduled but today it won't even complete the sync up. I am glad I don't work every day. I hope this is fixed soon!

14 years of merchandising and this easily the worst system in the history of reporting. Duplicated visits, can't see project times or addresses until you open the report, only seeing the amount of visits scheduled on a given day & not the total time scheduled, scheduling requires changing 3 things on every project instead of just selecting multiple projects and a date on Axis, etc. And I'm out of room for complaints, the list goes on. Great job Crossmark, from ok to horrid in one step.

Slow to sync. Slow to load questions. Slow to traverse between questions. Miserable reporting experience all around. Edit 2 weeks in: The app is worse than initially thought - pressing next on report questions will randomly skip several questions ahead, causing you to have to re-do them. It is a headache to report on this app. The app also crashes when backing out of taking a photo.

When I attempt to go to my schedule the app starts running you can see the months quickly running up and down the page. I can no longer see my events what I'm doing ahead of time. When I receive a reassignment it does not show up. This app is terrible.

Terrible. There's nothing wrong with the regular time clock. Apps make people dependent. And it's not easy to have to put all these different apps on your phone taking up space that you need personally. The Apps get to be a headache to manage on their own without having to put one on your phone for work. The company should have to pay a rental fee to take up space on our phones or they should just have a time clock. Technology becomes unreliable. There are some great sales people out there, but they would do Society a better favor if they would just sell something else like time clocks that make it simple for EVERYONE..

This app is useless. Crossmark made it our mandatory app. But you cannot complete your jobs. The majority of it is broken and does not give the information we need. Or it just freezes your entire device until Google kicks in and stops ithe app. GPS shows everything 300 miles off the coast of Ghana Africa. If Crossmark does not put us back to Axis which worked soon, I will have to quit like many others. We can't do our jobs for free. Google really needs to provide a away to give negative stars.

This app does not work well. With the transition from one system to another this was the wrong one to choose. Anything would have been better. From what I hear the old app worked. Why try and fix something that isn't broken. Horrible app. Have to uninstall and reinstall every day a few times a day.

Absolute garbage. Today is Wednesday and we have yet been able to open attachments that give us our complete service instructions, required satisfaction surveys, leave behind sheets, etc. I've been with Crossmark for almost 6 years and if there is not significant improvement in the function of this app by the end of this pay period, I will be terminating my employment, effective immediately. People are quitting in droves over this. Smooth move Movista

App still takes a while to sync. It appears to be unavailable at certain times of the day, probably due to high traffic. My company seems to have abandoned beacons for the time being, which helps immensely. It is okay as it is. There is always room for improvement though.

After the update, the app now keeps freezing on me. The calender is now worse where it takes me to the beginning and I have to wait for it to load every single day.The other thing is I can't see what I am demonstrating until the day of. The improvements seem like major steps back instead of forward.

Been trying for three days and I I still haven't been able to get in. 😠😠😠 WHY Crossmark, why couldn't you just leave it the way it was. As the old saying goes, 'If it ain't broke don't fix it'😠 Update from a year ago..MINUS 10 stars!!!This app is the absolute WORST.....still! Its kind of like playing the lottery....you have a one in a million chance that it will operate correctly. Half the time I can't even clock in I ABSOLUTELY HATE THIS APP!! App is garbage! Does NOT work! We have to use this one for my job, it has more issues than National Geographic. Would NOT recommend anyone use this so called app. Example. App will not show the information you need to see, it wont even show you what time your scheduled to work but it'll tell you the day. Or click ckeck out/clock out: Come back later and it says it didn't check/clock out. You'll never know what it does right or wrong. App is useless DON'T USE!

This app is testing my patience! I can't see my mplans in advance, my schedule calendar goes straight to my very first day instead of current day, and now today won't sync my mplan to be imported onto my timesheet. I have to submit my timesheet tonight and I don't have my time in for today, which means i won't get paid for today!!😤😤 you guys need to add a force sync option for when it doesn't want to sync for us. Also, need an alternate to add hours for when this situation occurs again.
