Hard ro navigate UI. Some tickets that require "Additional demographic information" doesn't let you update that information ob the confirmation page (like the website does) or redirect you to you profile page. Unless you've seen that before on the desktop site, you wouldn't know what you need to update in order to place an order. EDIT: latest update fixed the additional information issue.

I used this app many times prior to the closing of many theatres and shows before 2020, so now that the state is reopening for us, I tried to log in yesterday with no luck. I've unistalled it twice, turned my phone off twice. I don't know what to do. After this last unistall it won't even open, uugghh (Charlie Brown voice)

I just redownloaded the app after 2 years after applying for tickets to an upcoming event & I am not even able to log in into my account. No events show up on the app accept for James Corden, no matter what filters you use. I have checked online & this is an issue happened to everyone. Hoping this doesn't interfere with me being able to attend any events if I were to receive tickets

Sadly this app does not work on my Samsung s10. It is a good thing I am in the habit of doing screenshots or I would not be permitted in shows. Very frustrating.

The app is convenient for requesting tickets and checking in for a show. But sometimes it doesn't list the same content as the website and has a few errors.

Doesn't connect to my account, pretty useless. I have tickets through 1iota. I can access then through the email they sent. But this app doesn't show them. What's the point of the app?

App not working. Not syncing with website. Removed and reloaded, restarted phone and still doesn't work. Blank white screen.

Doesn't work! I supposedly have both of my email addresses registered which I know isn't true. Then I have the incorrect password which it won't let me retrieve. Nothing comes up. It's totally blank. What's going on?

The app is very helpful. The Talk is the most enjoyable show on television. All the cast are very sweet and friendly. It is very enjoyable to watch and even more going to the taping.

This is so frustrating. Nothing appears in the app, which makes it useless. On the website, it keeps asking me to update my birthday but never accepts it. So I can't apply for any ticket. Useless app and website.

App wouldn't let me log in. Easier to just use their website and which isn't saying much considering their email verification is broken on their website.

Can't login to the app using Google, but that's how I have my account set up (it's an option on the website)! So I cannot access my account using the app. And I have tickets assigned to me, so I can't just create a new account to use here!

Just downloaded this app. Nothing seems to be working. Sure it let me log in, but there is no information on my current requests. Cant get anything to pop up foe upcoming events. Won't let me enter or save any cast information.

Tried signing in, but didn't like password. Asked for a password reset and haven't seen email to reset it

I've created an account and wanted to request tickets. Got an email saying to confirm that I still wanted tickets. Everytime I went to sign in, it said incorrect password. So I went to reset my password and even with a new password it still says incorrect password. So I created a new account, completely new password.... Still says incorrect password. Can't get ahold of support to correct anything. So tickets are probably lost now for the Kelly Clarkson show that my mom was excited about.

I used 1iota to get tickets to The Late Show. So far I'm pleased with the process. It makes sense for shows, etc to use this as a vetting and ticket management tool. seems really efficient.

App is useless. Does not show my tickets or anything in the future. I can login but that is all.

I loved the app till the update and now the app not opening after the logo showing up (its frozen..) I tried to uninstall the app and restart the phone but still didn't work..

Having the App is a whole lot easier to check on your ticket request status. i wish it was easier to get tickets. I have gotten a few good tickets in the past.

Love the easy app usage.. but need to update the Guest info side, some do not carry it or allow it. Then you can't have 2 or more tickets.

I love the 1iota app, I enjoy how you can choose from a variety of shows and pick what you want all from the app instead of going on the website!

i just love it!!! ive always wondered how people got involve in being oart of the audience, and now i know and the fact that is free. gives us all a chance to do something out of the norm, rich or poor you can get a chance to get tickets. love it!!!

I applied for NCT's show and I'm still on the waitlist but I'm excited! I love the app and the website is easy to use! Definitely recommend!!! :))

They actually give you real FREE TICKETS to a bunch of popular shows like wild n out and also early movie screenings. I'm so happy I found this app. They are the true mvp. I saw the movie Glass for free because of them.

My first event that I attended was organize and I got an up close view of the cast of stranger things so far it really made my experience a spectacular.

I get wait listed when some things newly open as I request tickets. I check constantly. This happens quite frequently. What is a fan to do. Lol

I have many Late Night Talk show tickets through this app!! It is great. The best part is that the tickets are free!

Sometimes it takes a little long to login and request tickets but when I get through I do get my tickets 97% of the time. I've been to CONAN, RUPAUL SHOW & The Voice.

Great opportunities to be in the audience at TV show tapings. Easy to use & understand app.
