Post Tata's acquisition delivery experience is awesome. Most of the medicines get delivered in a day. Only issue at times I face is [1] during adding items into the cart the app hangs and [2] if you'd want to place more items, you've to keep clicking on the + symbol. There should be an option to put the no. of items u need directly into the box.
I am a frequent user of this app. It's a great app to order medicine. My issue is with the user interface of the app. Why there is limited options to modify the cart? More specifically, why don't you provide option to make a list of favorite products or may be something like 'save it for later' in the cart? Other issue is that, I can't access the product profile when I click on the product from the cart, I will have to search the product again and then I will be able to access the product.
The app is probably the worst I have used in terms of performance. Each screen takes 5 minutes to load while you stare at blankness! Also, even after you disable notification from settings, you still get unnecessary notifications. There is no option to update your phone number.
Shows that a product is available while ordering. And on the day of promised delivery some of your items from the order get cancelled and you are refunded stating that the product was out of stock.! This happened to me for 2 out of 2 orders that i placed..! Never gonna use this app again..! Other competetors are far bettter..! Not just my case.! I can see many reviews with the same issue.!
There are 2 issues with this.Delivery is very slow and you can buy in offline store instead of waiting for week after paying huge delivery fee. Also they don't give compensation for their mistakes like they take the order and payment. Next day they cancel it saying it out of stock. Now you don't get anything other than refund. By the time they cancel it you are left thinking it's going to arrive 🗿
Very very useful for those who buy monthly medicines. Especially now they're covering delivery in rural places (I stay in a village). Delivery is fast and promising prices. I have also opted for their Care Plan and I'm more than satisfied with the service.
Pathetic App. There are some glitches for online payments. It deducts twice sometimes. And it will take almost a month to follow up with them to get your extra money refunded. No way to contact Customer service. They prefer email or chat. There will be no response to either of those channels.
They deleted my premium account with all 1mg cash and order history etc. Even after so many calls and emails they failed to restore that account. Very very bad experience with TATA and 1mg. They started charging 9 rs extra for every order when with paid care plan. That's wrong and very dissatisfied. What's the benifit of care plan if we have to pay extra on every order.
Medicine is always life saver if it will get on time. But in case of 1Mg, I don't know. I have sent many mails but not getting revert on any mail. After order, Delivery and customer support is very poor. Chat support arrange the call back in 1 hr. Sales team called after 10 hr with the order status will be cancelled. Poor customer support and service after placing the order.
App technical features to be improved I guess. I have received a UPI payment failure and support guy agreed it is a technical issue. But my deducted money and pending order can not be linked together. I need to wait for a long period of 5 - 7 days to get my refund. On top of these support guy is suggesting to book on cash mode. For this cash mode again i need to spend. This is ridiculous..
Worst experience. Wanted to book tests for multiple patients. Added all the tests but didn't get option to map tests with the patient name. 1. The sample collection person cannot speak properly. 2. They cannot take the samples for other patients. I had to cancel the checkup finally.
These fellows work in collaboration with fraudsters and trap in their net work of business. Of course in my experience, their service in commendable. In payment ,there was an option of pay later. I opted with a belief that it means payment at the time of delivery. In fact it.was a third party,who demanded to download their app.and began to double their claim. Anyhow Fillowong repeated request,Tata team solved the issue by taking back the articles.
It's the best app for all your health needs. Tried all but no one comes close to 1mg in terms of quality, delivery and rewards. Easy to use interface with lot of information regarding the medicine.
The app/service used to be good when I started using it in 2019. Using it in 2022 offers a very different experience. Search for any disease or condition, and the results are inundated with homeopathy and ayurvedic junk. Please give us a way to filter out such junk from search results. Better still, I'd like it if you could provide an option in my profile that I could set to never be shown AYUSH nonsense.
Ordered a product on 14th April which was supposed to deliver earliest by 18th and max by 20th. However, even after the order reached in the same city on 19th, it didn't get delivered. The date was extended multiple times and then after following up a lot, it was cancelled on 26th. Thus lost my time and effort without getting the product. Too frustating and waste of time and energy. It is a good app but still needs a lot of work. I would still be relying on the local stores and other apps
Worst app ever. I have got notification as my order delivered in the around 11pm at night. Guess what I have not got my order. The order is already running late by a day. I have connected with the customer service agent but what they did is raise a ticket and gave me a ticket number. Get this when I say ticket number there is literally no follow up on the ticket which is raised previously why raise it. Normally the products takes so much time to be delivered.Use other apps.
I have been ordering medicines and other related stuff via 1mg but the app is not user friendly at all everytime I try to access it asks to login via OTP and OTP is sent with a validity of 28 secs!!! Ridiculous really by the time one can check OTP it expires !! Pls Banks also send OTP with a validity of about 180 secs ..if I not wrong ,such things really discourages a user to access the app & further whenever we upload a RX it is never ever clear for you ??? Pls improve on these
I am raising my concern and revising the ratings on the basis of the current experience. Since April 2022 onwards, the delivery of medicine order has become very bad. I am a what they call a care plan. They promise a rapid delivery in 24 hours and then offer a choice to take the full order delivery in 2 days. The moment I choose that option, the delivery becomes normal as per their customer service and they have a good excuse. I and my wife had to go without medicine today.
I just have one bone to pick. When we are uploading a prescription from the gallery, there is no option to magnify and check whether that is the correct prescription. And once we have selected the prescription there is no way to zoom and see it either. This is very confusing if we are ordering medicines for more than one person. It gets more complicated if there is an old prescription and we don't know what medicine is already on the old prescription and what we need a fresh prescription for.
Very reliable and has huge range of medicines and their description. Online doctors are very helpful. I have been using this since last 2 years. I even used their Lab tests and the response was quick. Overall, i am very happy with their services so far.
The app yet to be improvised in terms of Lag while opening. Unable to search a single medicine even both wifi and sim networks. Poor performance makes user annoying. Please look into it. Thanx
It's good app. Coupons and schemes help to reduce cost to great extent.Few items without need of prescriptions (like sunscreen, ointments etc) delivery takes more time then it should be. Improvement needed here.
The expectations are not met. I actually expected this company to be like other websites or even Amazon. I was wrong. Its an extremely frustrating experience instead. My order is very delayed and medicine not sufficient for consumption hence my mom suffer problem ..😡 Next time I had to order with a different website and wont be using this again. This app is a excellent. I don't really order from product that often because I generally find substitutes. However on the off chance I do, it is probably because the collections are only available here. Plus sales and offers and coupons are always amazing on this app. Lately I see a lot of improvement in the app as well. The filters are really good and helped me narrow down what I was looking for in seconds. One issue on the app is I cannot find the previous filter if I back out of the search.
