App is extremely slow to login. It took 2 mins just to login. And taking picture doesn't do focus so I can't take pick of cheque. How can I delete all my information?
This is hands down the worst banking app I've ever used. Everything gives error msg right from the login. Google should give option for 0 star.
This app is strange. It's not possible to log in at night (pacific time).

It is too slow. There are too much error.
Get some competent people working for the bank. Can't understand a simple question in English or Korean. Website instructions are freakin horrible.

after updating, it takes more time to load information than before and doesn't remember my ID, plaese make it better like the previous version.
Getting money back from my friend after dinner splitzies has never been easier. Just send the money over through phone #. Basically paypal, email transfer type of stuff but lighting quick, easy as sms and boom right into your account. Haha. Not so keen on the reloadable card stuff but if you have children, might be a good way to teach them how money works.
I do my daily banking through this app. Great product by Korea Exchange Bank of Canada
Tried with Nexus 4 n 7 as well. It works well. Good to use!

Takes forever everytime goes to next step and so many times of errors occur then the worst thing is call center is not for open 7/24

It accepted cheque and then they rejected later. They said the cheque was crumpled. However, why did it accept it in the first place? Too much problem. Unbelievable. They can't even focus cheque.
