App does not load well on my devices and result in my missing the live news and other programs. Also too often I am locked out of the app and have to re-enter username and password at a time when the program I wish to view is about to commence. This is annoying as I don't readily recall the information and end up missing the desired programs.
My overall experience is good except for the occasional breakdowns. However the app asked me to update last week and since then I have only been seeing a very tiny screen. Imagine watching a very small phone screen on the television. I have emailed 1spotmedia and I have not yet been dignified with a response. I AM PAYING FOR THIS SERVICE
This app is crappy. The live video feed/streaming stalls frequently to the point where the hazard sign ⚠ pops up on screen and stays like that until you close and relaunch or re-open the app. Other times when live streaming is stalling there is repeat of whatever is said by whomever is speaking. Don't you guys use this app at TVJ and experience the same problem? The other thing is there is no update. You can't have an app & dont have an update!. I'm just so freaking angry & fustrated right now.
Trying to use the app but everything is silent. No sound. Thinking of subscribing, but I think there's a sound issue and I would like to know the sound is working before I make a purchase.
I took a few months break from the app, and came back to see if it has improved, and it is WORSE. No audio on app for the past 2 months, i emailed support and still no resolution.
If I could give this app zero I would. Most inconsistent app I've used. When it isn't the inability to log in, it's the live feed choppy or not loading at all or nothing at all loading. Fix your app and entire service! Website isn't much better.
This APP is too unstable. Doesn't install on my smart phone anymore and it also freezes on my PC. Software needs to be fine-tuned. My internet and wifi service is very fast so the fault lies with 1spot media.
Wow.. its best i watch cvm news online when i am outside of Kingston... This app only can be use in 1sopt ... This app is the distraction of local news like how paid cable distroy the joy of cricket . If you dont have high speed internet it makes no sense ... Not even 5G can make this app stream . It make no sense
The app needs the capacity to change the video resolution on mobile devices. I can't be using up all my data to watch Primetime News and All Angles.
I used this app in Jamaica and my experience was great. Now that I'm an international student in America it's saying that I have to pay to watch. That's unfair seeing that I previously used the app for free and created that account long ago in Jamaica.
This app is a very good app, it works well on my Android phone, but the problem is that the audio is low. Sometimes I can hardly hear anything or what anyone is saying , even when the volume is up to the max. But otherwise that than , it's wonderful.
updated the app as i was prompt to do so and now it no longer works on my smart tv, makes no sense sending out an update for the app if all it does is stop the existing version from working
Please allow picture in picture. Sometimes you want to exit app a me do balance check or just a small thing in another app.. Picture in picture would just activate or the user could activate before going to do other stuf on their phone or even with the same app.
Since the upgrade, I have to use the earphone to hear what is being said, even when the volume is at 100%, not to mention the buffering.....fix it please, as its my portal to Neville and his girls.Thank you.
The damn app stopped from last night, not one channel working. I reached out to them via email but it's the same issue am having. I have uninstalled the app.
The app used be to work, after a while but now the audio is almost nil. It urgently needs to be worked on. I Did not download it for fun, please fix so that I can continue to enjoy it and then I will upgrade the ratings. Thanks in advance.
This app is so frustrating when you're trying to login in I would off give it a good one if it never took 20 minutes and it still haven't logged me in!
Worse entertainment app ever, as it spends more time buffering and freezing 🥶 than playing. I strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND this app, it's a colossal failure in every REGARD
I don't even know why I bother. Uninstalling! Why after all this time, I CAN'T OPEN THE BLASTED APP!!!! This is so frustrating. I'm paying for this every month and this is what I'm getting. DO BETTER!!! Wish I can give zero stars.
It now works after being down for now than a week. I would hope that in future that when a report is made that something is communicated to your users that you have received the message and are working on the problem. Because this was overlooked I cannot give 5 stars.
Very very good app....I'm always on the go so its very convenient. I dont like when its not working and I wasn't informed before and wish we cld rewind just as how we can pause and play👍👍
Poor absolutely poor I was expecting more from this app I can't even watch a quiz match everytime the screen is loading now there's no audio I can't understand why this is happening I need this to be fixed right now. Even the site is better than the app I have strong wifi connection so I wanna know what's up with this stupid app 😠
Need to do more for the app and make one for the FireTV. Need to be active one more than 3 devices why not 5 like everyone else. What is so special about this app that can't even get Thing together to work on FireTV or android TV seems like they need better programmers

A total rip off and waste of my money. Constant buffering also they always ended my monthly subscription fee before it's actual due date.
This is the worst thing to come out of Jamaica. Both the app and the website are complete garbage. The feed keeps on buffering and the audio is almost always out of sync on LTE+ data speeds and on 100Mbps fiber speeds. To test if it was a connection issue I opened 1spotmedia in one tab and 3 other streaming platforms in 3 other tabs in the same browser, and the only one to buffer and display connectivity errors was 1spotmedia, so it has nothing to do with a bad connection. 1spotmedia is garbage!
