The notification pop-ups that currently say "...will never ask for passwords...." pop up every time you log in even if you close it. It should only pop back up if it's a new message. Kinda frustrating. Overall, the new colors and styles were a great improvement, the app is stable and the features work like they should. Not bad at all!

The mobile deposit is horrible. When I go to take a picture of the check, it makes the image in the camera dark and the text is blurry. I can't make mobile deposits. It's not my phone's camera that's the problem either. I can take a picture of the check with my camera app and it turns out perfectly. Something in this app doesn't access the camera properly.

Mostly great. Till you need to retrieve statements. Oh my god. Worse interface ever. Once you select a statement, there's no way to go back. Hitting the 'X' button does absolutely nothing. Try to go back? Oh let me just log you out of this whole interface but keep your session. Want to save the file? Sure!! We'll casually omit the file type when you hit save! Want to reset your password and never logged on using this device before? GOOD LUCK!

I NEVER had a problem with the old app, and this one has given me nothing but trouble. I have the brand new Samsung note 9, so my phone is not the problem. it will not let me log in. I either have to restart my phone or uninstall and reinstall the app EVERYTIME to get it to work. otherwise, it will just sit there and say that it is loading for 30 minutes and never open. this is the 1st time in 6 years that I've had to use the internet browser to check my account balance. fix it please!!!

I was using a different bank before and always had issues with it. My concerns were that the bank app was continually haveing trouble. I do 90% of my banking on line being frustrated one to many times so I closed that account . Since then First Financial Bank app was difficult for me to set up. I had just opened the account so it may have been more on my part than anything else. Nevertheless the app has worked flawlessly it's autopay is so easy to work with a good feeling it's very secure.

When I go to transfer from checking to savings, I get to the what amount do you want to transfer and my keyboard doesn't show up and I have to continuously un-install and re-install the app in order for it to show the keyboard for me to transfer money between accounts. Hope this issue gets fixed, other than that it's been ok.

Edit: As of Sept 17, 2021, they seem to have gotten all the bugs fixed and it works good most days. Waiting to see what happens after the changes in October. Today, 1-22-19, is the first time in almost 2 months that I have been able to login in with app and not have uninstall/turn off and on/reinstall. Hoping this is a real fix. changing to a 2 star for now and will update again if it continues to work.------ They have had glitches on and off since they launched their new and not improved app.

Doesn't work and I have a new model phone. Can't even get past the screen that says they'll send me an access code. Never sent after multiple attempts. Useless app and will switch banks if not fixed immediately. I need a mobile banking app. Not negotiable. Update: I now have to uninstall and reinstall frequently to be able to login. Whoever designed this thing needs a new job. Worst app I've ever seen.

tryed to give it the benefit of the doubt but this app is garbage. the previous versions mobile depost was great as the camera would auto adjust for picture quality. now, you have to make like 12 attempts before it accepts the image because it wont adjust at all, and even when it Does accept it, theres no guarantee you wont get a letter in the mail saying the amount was deducted because, surprise, the image wasnt clear enough. i want the old app back.

Usually loads fast and gives me a quick view of my statement and current money being spent so I can keep an eye on fraud. Easy to maneuver around in the app itself without weighing down your phone's resources. The option to use finger print to sign in is great as well because it makes it that much faster and easier to access my account.

If I could give this PoS app 0 stars I would... I haven't been able to use it for a full year now... It logged me out of my account, and refuses to let me reset any information. "Enter your user name to reset password. Incorrect password inserted." How the hell am i suppose to reset my password when the script for resetting my password is broken?...

Followed the Zelle download instruction but First Financial app DOES NOT do or indicate what they say. App just loops you through their site with no information about Zelle anywhere on their home page app or anywhere else. Probably time to switch banks to one with some assemblence of technical expertise

I liked the way the old app was set up much better. It looked uniform. The layout for this one looks awkward, and buggy. as of 1/2/2019 I've had to repeatedly reinstall the app just to see my balance. I will log in and it works fine, and then I'll try again the following days after and it just constantly buffers, never loads. Needs to be fixed, ASAP.

WOW!! I just read the reviews and this app is so bad it's not even an app?! haha! I've had all the problems that all the other customers have had and I too have talked with the bank and gotten no where. it's been 2 weeks into the new year and I havent been able to access my account since before Christmas. I'm sure it made shopping hard on folks. it sure did me. I work abroad all over America and need a banking app to keep up with my finances as well as deposit checks and transfer funds. not cool!

The new app is pretty much awful AND the customer service from the tech side is non existent. I've emailed twice and haven't gotten a reply. I don't really need any fancy features, just the ability to check my account more often than once every blue moon when the app let's me through.

Good for knowing your balance on the go but slow to show purchases on time. It shows deposits on time but not purchases. That is why 3.

I was able to use this app perfectly until approx 6-8 weeks ago. when I try to log in it just spins searching. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and it allows me to sign in 2 times only, then goes back to spinning. all other apps are working ok. I have a Samsung note 9, model # sm-n96ou, software version #N96OUSQS1ARJ9. I have contacted bank tech support and Sprint tech support with no answer?? please help!!!

The 1st word that comes to mind when describing this app is "garbage." I get the network connection error every time after a successful login attempt to the app. The only way to get a successful login attempt is to uninstall and reinstall the app or clear the app storage. I opt to clear the app storage just because it's faster. Biometric authentication (fingerprints) doesn't ever work correctly. There is just some obvious problems with this app that they won't fix. Why? Too cheap 🤷🏼‍♂️

Updating the app as of October of 2021, thus far has locked me out of the app. No matter how many times I install, or do the authentication, it always tells me I'm out of date, and no access. Very easy to navigate and understand. Better of the apps I've tried from various other banks.
