GETTING STARTED
To use the 1st Financial FCU App, you must be enrolled as an 1st Financial Federal Credit Union Internet Banking user. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials. After you successfully login to the app, your accounts and transactions will begin updating.

This app is horrible. It is glitchy and fails to make the needed changes at crucial times. The bank itself also refuses to back the app as it is not theirs but run through a 3rd party. Will be switching banks to a more stable platform.
Unable to sign into app since the last update. Everytime i try i get an error msg "error occured signing in please try again". I can sign in fine on website. Want to be able to use app because its easier than having to sign in online each time i want to check my balance. Hope when the name changes online/mobile app will be back working.
locking debit card. so here the thing I like the app I wish it would show pending when u trying to see what is pending. second my biggest gripe I have numerous time were I lock my card and when i am ready to use the card the app will not unlock the card. this recently happened on valentine's day. please fix that issue. I had good wireless data so that was not the issue. I had to wait an hr in the restaurant until my card finally unlock. please fix
Can't log in. I had to log in to the browser based version to reset my password since i can never remember my account number for the app password reset. Now i jave it reset and keep getting an "error has occured" message.
It's a good app but it doesn't update like it should sometimes. It's usually pretty accurate with your account but it does pending transactions weird sometimes.
The app just updated recently and it will not sync my account. When I logged off and tried to log back on it now only gives me an error message... please fix ASAP
Easy banking, transactions take effect almost immediately. Rarely have problems or downtime with this app...unlike my banking apps.
App will not accept my login or I try forgot password and it tells me there is an error on their end. Disappointed, I used the old app almost daily. Very frustrating!
I can log into the browser website but not the app. Ive put in all my info and it wont work after multiple tries... going to try calling and hopefully theres a fix.
Super helpful and works well. First Fin has limited locations, so this app makes banking with them a lot easier.
Can't login since update on the app on any device Can login on website fine. Checked password/user id. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Loved the convience of this when it did work
I loved this version of the app. They did an update which ended up being a whole new app to install and I hate that app. Its not as easy as this one. Its a pain in my butt. Booo to the new app
Horrible app. Doesn't show pending or holding transaction. Have had nothing but but problems with the app.
I can't get into bank account because of the fixes and I cant deposit my check with the app . I don't like the app .
New version fixed login issue I had before. I had an email to update and did that which resolved my problems.
Even after several reinstalls I was never able to log in and instead kept receiving "an error occurred, please try again later"

Where did the bill pay option go? I have loved using the app in the past. Easy to navigate. However, I also loved the convenience of paying my bills from the app. As of yesterday that option is missing. Why? What's the point of the app if you take away important features. It has also been very glitchy lately and unable to sync/update. Very disappointing.
