I can't open the app since the update. I uninstalled it and re installed, it and I can't still open it. What else can I do?

It was working perfectly until the last update, I can't access my information through the app or the website in almost a month.

The actual app would be 100% better if at least it would be updated so that we can tell which account is which when you have multiple ones. Cause I use transfers often, but still when they just recently updated their system on Feb 1 2021 I'd have to say I can't make any sense of what is going on in the app and which account is my savings and which one is for my checking. Please update this app as I know you have already updated your entire computer systems for the buildings. Yikes!

Overall the app is really good and I enjoy using it. The only issue I have is occasionally it will completely freeze and not even allow me to tap on anything. I tested to see if it was my phone but other apps worked fine. I tried uninstalling it and reinstalled it but it still did the same thing. The next day it was fine but I feel like this shouldn't happen on a bank app

LJust got a Samsung galaxy s22 ultra and my 1st gateway credit union app will not even open!!!! Still haven't fixed the bug!!!!

App doesn't load, only shows white space.

When it works it's great, but the new pending and non-pending transactions is very confusing it's like some things are out some aren't so then you have to get out of the mobile app and go to the website and figure it out it's just kind of annoying. I feel like if I open my mobile app I want to know exactly how much money I have available so I wish my pending transactions were already removed from the amount above so I don't have to do math like it used to be.

Used this app for years with no issues and loved it. Now, for the last couple of weeks, almost every time I try to use it, the app crashes. I don't know what has been changed, but as it is, it is unusable.

Its so easy to check all deposits and withdraws. Plus transferring from one account to another is available instantly! Love this app!

Haven't had the account of app long at all and everytime I check the balance on the app it says unavailable and can't transfer $ from one to another nothing very disappointing need a upgrade asap 😑

Very useful, has points where accounts aren't accessable due to maintenance or occasional errors which can be inconvenient but overall makes banking much easier.

Does NOT work! I have installed the app 3 times and it still does not allow me to sign in. It doesnt even respond to touch to give me the keyboard to enter my login info!

I had to switch to this bank from Mississippi Valley credit union. It was a major disappointment. Can't even check what is in my accounts it just says unavailable

very easy and straight forward. mobile transfers and deposits are super helpful. everything i need in a banking app.

Your new update sucks. I had no issues with the app until I was forced into installing the update, and now it doesn't work at all.

App sucks I have the right information and it won't let me log it and or log me out

So I pay $1.50 maintenance fee every month for the app to be unusable half the time and atms to be closed constantly. Awesome.
