1st Kentucky Bank Mobile

The update has caused me to be locked out of my app. Each time I open it, it says an update is required, then takes me to the play store, where it says it's already been updated. I've even uninstalled and reinstalled it, and it has the same issue. I'm trying to run a very small business with this account, and not being able to track expenses (yes, I also keep a ledger, just like making sure it's lining up and staying accurate) while I'm ordering supplies is really frustrating.

The app for Android hasn't worked in days. It says it needs to be updated but when you go to the play store to update it there are no updates. I went to the actual website and saw I had some information in my profile that I had to update and hoped the app would work but it didn't. Please fix this ASAP. I was using the app almost every day. I have emailed the bank directly about this issue. Everyone else should do the same. This may expedite them fixing the app.

When I try to access my account it says that I need to update then sends me to the play store but there are no updates. I Uninstalled the app then reinstalled it but that did not solve the issue. It appears that I am one of many with this issue according to other reviews but it has been this way for awhile and still isn't fixed so apparently they are not concerned about the needs of their customers

Has worked great for years and now for the last week it has not worked and keeps wanting to update, click on this and it goes to playstore and click open, goes back to update. What is the deal!!!!

No longer works as of 8/17/2020. Error message saying it needs an update but link to store provides no update. I can't even search for the app. I have to enter app info from settings.

At first it was a really good app an now all of a sudden. The app is saying update. But when I click on it. You can't update it. So now you cant use the app.! Very irritating.!! 🤬😡😡🤬

Took my review down to one star because like every other review all today today when you open the app it says it needs to update yet there is no update here. This is a pain for those of us who use this app to keep up with the money that's in the bank. We don't use checks so we don't keep a register. FIX IT.

I checked with my bank they said if you have a Android phone you have to uninstall the app and reinstall it it will be the icon with the white background so the for Android users that is what I found out used to say this was a five-star app but now I put it down to a two store because it says I need to update the app but when I go there's no way to update it y'all need to get this fixed ASAP so I know how much is in my account this is the only way I check my account

Everytime try to open says it needs to up date. When try to update it keeps saying needs to update. This needs to be fixed. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but still hasn't worked.

Piss poor service. Haven't been able to use in weeks.. says update but won't let you update..Zero correspondence from the bank letting anyone know anything..Now you have to just guess how much money you have in your account. Switching banks next week over it actually..I PAY for the account and virtual banking was listed as one of the "perks" yet I cannot use it..Just bad business imo.

App crashes quite a bit when clicking on accounts. Update: It says it needs a update and won't open but no way to update it.

I LOVE this app. IMO it's very user friendly and I use it quite a few times a month. I have an account at another local bank and its app is AWFUL! I wish that bank would use this type of app.

Changed my review to one star! I posted that I was having issues.. no one can use the app.. yet, here it is a week later, and no one even bothers to respond to you.. I sent email to developer... No response.. next step will be using another bank!

I'm new to the banking app. So far it's been very easy. I've always felt safe and secure with 1st Kentucky and look forward to continued success.

I use this app daily, but now like every one else, all it does is show it needs to be updated, but even uninstalling and reinstalling it doesnt update or fix it.

I use this app everyday and loved it but all of a sudden a couple of days ago it started saying needs update, but when you click on it no update is available. Please fix this ASAP .

I can no longer use the app. There's an endless loop of it telling me it must be updated when no update is available.

after update this app hasnt worked in 2weeks for me called an complained they said it was fine guess I'll delete it but I enjoyed using it for my banking might switch banks bc of it!!!

Guys, if you are currently experiencing the endless cycle of please update your app, does not work with your server, go search for first Kentucky bank and it will show you the new app to use. Crazy that they didn't tell anyone?!?!

Should've thought ahead. If you knew a huge update that is required for everyone to have, why didnt you make sure it was available on all platforms?

Since the new system was started, this app no longer works. Before it was so convenient. Why not leave well enough alone?

I use this app for day to day banking and find it very reliable and secure.
