The app was fine until they updated it about a year ago. Now it doesn't allow mobile check deposit which, for military like me, is a a big problem. I haven't lived near a branch in over a decade, mobile check deposit is a must have. Probably going to have to finally switch to usaa.

Only thing it's good for is checking your balance. Can't deposit checks which every other banking app let's you do. Don't like you can't lock you debit card or see your account number either. Might as well just use the website.

Im unable to log in again, after upgrading my phone. Odd, because right after I moved the app over, it let me log in. When I called for help, they gave me my user name and password (which I knew), but before I could tell her that I couldn't even get to the log in screen past the error message, she had hung up. Of COURSE it happens to be a Friday late afternoon...😖

This app never seems to work for me . Have removed and downloaded several times trying to get it to work...to no avail.

Great Bank. Great customer service. Always good for security asking questions to make sure you are the owner of the account. Great job

Need to add the option to receive notifications when there is a transaction, and the option to lock and unlock your card if you can't locate it.

Worked great for years, now useless due to bug saying invalid password when it is correct.

Dosen't work, keeps saying invalid login.

I wouldn't use it as its confusing

Seems to be a good app

1st Liberty was my first bank and, in the beginning, I really liked them. Lately their service has been dropping off and they have been burning me time and time again while I've been overseas. I will keep the account, but will be transitioning over to USAA. The app is ok and theyre starting to add competitive features, but it is still glitchy and needs work.

App is simple yet provides the functions one needs for day to day banking. Allows photos of checks to deposit quickly and efficiently. Check balances, transfer funds plus bill pay options. ** Now updated to work with the Samsung Note 9 running Android Pie. **

January 2019: I finally made a phone call to ask. The username and password ARE NOT the same as your online ones, it is usually your oldest password. Give them a call, it's a great app when you can log in! December 2017: I tried, again, to download this app and you still can't log on. Ridiculous. December 2016: There is no way to login whatsoever. I've never seen a banking app that did not let you access your bank account

I've had this app for a few years...and it usually worked just fine. Since 2018, though, the app keeps crashing and won't let me in to do mobile banking. I can't even access my login page, because the app keeps crashing. o_O

This app makes banking so fast! I love that I can see my loans and accounts! And it's so easy to transfer money !

Never updated their app. Even though they own a new one for their new website they give their members a featureless old crappy app. Doesn't even work with new website and uses different credentials. Their IT director and president live in the 90s apparently. Pay for a new app and don't use it because it's better.

Won't even let you log in on the app. I can go log in on the website from my computer but the second I go to log in it says error.....worst banking app ever

App keeps locking me out. Reset my password using my desktop and then I can't login using the app. My Nexus 5x is not the problem. The reps on the phone tell me that the online password is not connected to the app. If that is the case, why can't I login?

Horrible app. Can't log in at all.

Sits at receiving messages screen for over a minute, then comes up with error. Please fix since it is utterly painful to log on your website on the go. Droid Turbo.

Works fine when it decides to launch. Sits in the loading screen a lot. Sometimes won't even launch due to loading error

I'm so glad 1st liberty finally released a mobile app. It makes it easier to check my accounts when i'm not home. Interface is simple to use and it has some other good features like being able to graph your spending habits.

This app is great. So easy to check my balance and use bill pay. Thankyou 1st liberty

it's about time someone in the executive department under the the grandpa ceo finally snuck in a app so the rest of the real world can do online banking over the phone.
