This app is so user friendly, accessing loans, scheduling payments by month or choose repetition, moving funds, transfers, check picture deposit, etc. I dont dread using the app for almost everything

Junk Junk Junk!!! Was extremely happy to find out that the app has mobile check deposit, no more having to make special trips to the bank. Unfortunately it's a very poor program that will not read checks. There is always an error. The app overall is just of poor quality of navigation and has a very hard and rough looking design. I have more luck with the old system of "card valet".

I love this app. Very helpful and useful. Just deposited check, then control everything from my phone. Never have to worry about recites. Can check everything on the app.

its fails to access my account information about 1 out 3 times Update. It has improved considerably for assess and even allows biometric access to the app

Love the new app, I like to play with the budgeting tool and love how you can set a goal and use the app to help make sure your on track for reaching your goal like saving a specific amount by a certain time so you can purchase a car or down payment on a house etc or simply just building your saving account plus the check capture feature is amazing

Not the most user friendly for paying a loan payment - you have to literally sign up with an additional service portal pay a payment. None of this is described online in the app, I had to call a support specialist. There is a bug in the app also that doesn't allow users to follow the Loan Payment link in the app side menu - it just sits on the screen and doesn't allow users to move forward or give any indication that anything is happening but other buttons in the menu do work.

I think the app provides all the information relative to my accounts at a glance. Also, it is super easy to navigate the bill pay and transfer functions. It is super easy and a pleasure to work with this app.

Worse banking app I've ever used. Literally every night at 12 the app stops working for 1 - 2 hours it's ridiculous. For someone that does a lot of business at night not being able to check my account is a pain. I had to switch my deposits back to US Bank.

Everything works great except for the camera shutter sound on the check deposit. Nothing grabs people's attention when you are depositing a check like that loud camera shutter. No way to silence it.

All transactions easy to make. Balance check fast and easy too.

It should tell you when your card has been shut off and make it where you can go unlock it haven't been able to use my card all weekend and can't get ahold of anyone

It is down a lot. An app should be accessible 24/7 with the exception of updates/maintenance. Y'all need someone to address your app's lack of QoS. I have 3 other banking apps on my phone and have never witnessed an unannounced outage.

Quick and easy access to all of my accounts. Easily transfer $ from one account to another, pay bills and even deposit checks virtually. Great app

Never had many issues other than one time I got kicked out and couldn't log in but I called the bank and they had me good to go in about 15 minutes

I think it works well, but it just needs some minor adjustments to the app. I haven't tried to make a payment, or do anything with a mortgage, but I will say that the app is very useful to actually know how much I have in my accounts at all time.

It does what you need, when you can log onto it. More than half the time you try to log on it gives you an application or credentials error. Frustrating.

Except for the reason I need it.. None of the action buttons work, so can't transfer between accounts. Back to the web login, since it doesn't work.

App is actual trash. Bug filled always crashing and closing out. Updates are pointless if they aren't addressing the issues.

This app is very convenient. My only issue is if I need to check my balance after midnight on occasion it won't load. It doesn't seem to be my phone cuz my other apps work just fine, so I'm not sure what the problem is..

I love having it ... when it works..sometime it will just tell me that my accounts can not be displayed try again later...it drives me crazy when I'm trying to find out what I have in my accounts. It's very frustrating.

Good for alot of info. Don't care to much about how bill pay lets you only choose next day unless during business hours and then when closed it options 2 days. Why does it matter when you're open. Still a good app.

This app is so handy!! Can make loan or credit card payments, transfer money, or just use it to monitor that I'm sticking to my budget. Love it!!

I have been with the bank for over 35 years and this on line banking with the app is the best thing ever. It is easy to use I can see my account from my phone no mater where I am and I can take care of business. 5 stars I love it.

It's generally okay, but the deposit check function is shockingly loud & abnoxious. We should all pretty much know how to use mobile deposit by now; there's no reason to scream instuctions at us.

I'm good with the app but would like to see it were I can add another account for transfers. Not bill payment.

Really neat I can transfer money with ease buttons are right there, gives me very accurate info on my accounts it's all in one spot very nice app love it!! Lot of fun to use too!!

only thing i dislike is when a credit to my acct is pending..it doesnt show the date funds will be available. Otherwise its easy to use!
