Love it, but definitely needs more products to earn rewards with or get discount. Also there needs to be a way to unclaim a reward, like I accidentally hit select reward on hot sandwich when I wanted the 12 cents off a gallon. But there isn't a way to unclaim it so now I have to wait til it expires
can't figure out how to use points for gas. I have to hunt all over the app just to find the points I have. Also I can't use it for milk eggs or any other dairy items, or I'm just not understanding the app. Soft drinks and junk food are not my idea of a good thing to spend my points on.

Doesn't let you link cards like it says have to add a card than wants you to delete card to add another doesn't link cards at all. And of course would be no way of contacting technical support or anyone to help fix issue or walk threw problem.
Right now my experience isn't going very well because I can't get the app to load for nothing. I've been trying for an hour now. Shut my phone off, cancelled and tried again and its frustrating!
This has got to be one of the very best reward cards\programs on the market. The only thing I can think of is that there needs to be a bit more products in the program. Thank You 1st Stop..... Your AWESOME.😎😃👍
I really like the rewards helps alot I have started buying alot more stuff from the Russellville 1ststop the cashiers are really nice they will get all of my business as long as they have the rewards cards..
I always use my card it helps save on items needed for my house hold. I'd recommend to everyone out there.
Needs a bigger variety of reward items to select with all the points I have nothing Is even worth it to claim.

I think it's great. Finally checked my rewards,on the app, I got 12 cents off a gallon of gas.
there is alot of deals but next to impossible to figure out how to use the discount. apparently they don't even train their employees on how to do it.
Not able to reset password or make a new account. The rest code is to long.
The reward points are great when you let them build up.

I don't understand why you took away the 2 top rewards. Tried very hard to get 25,000 points so I could get the $10 gas card. I got there and found out you took it away. Shady Business

I cant link the card ive been using for months, and when I tried to use the points they sau i needed an account. So, i downloaded the mobile app but cannot link my 1st stop card, saying that it belongs to another member! What the heck? If I can get them to fix it then I will re-rate the app. As for now? Its all useless and wasted money and time! Back to speedway ...
