Overall, the functionality of the site and ease of navigation is great. The transfer functionality is great allowing one to make instantaneous funds transfer payments to loan accounts. Minus one star for the mobile deposit function - linked to an app named "DepoZip" - requires too much time to execute a successful mobile deposit transaction. Specifically, the photo centering function of the app is too sensitive and requires a perfectly still photo shot on a dark background.

I keep getting an error report that my check corners are wrinkled or torn....and that is not true. I end up taking about 10 pictures of the front of the check. Every picture that is taken looks great, with all edges shown and easily readable.

Login and performance goes downhill every time Android has an update. It seems that the only fix is to uninstall then reinstall each time I update my OS. This is extremely annoying since I have to reconfigure my login and other preferences. Your developers need to figure out how to coordinate with these Android updates and come up with a way to update the app rather than uninstall and reinstall every time.

I have been using this Credit union for a long time and this app too. I find that this app is pretty easy to use but there arensome minor bugs. My username and password no longer save in the app even when I click "remember me" The mobile deposit function has never worked properly. I always get redirected to download a 3rd party app that doesn't work. I also dont feel comfortable putting my banking info into a 3rd party app. i just go to the atm near me to make deposits 7/10 bc of bugs

Terrible. Can't maneuver at all in the app with the back button. Does not process transfers and cannot even close the app without nearly shutting down your phone. Almost like a spam app that you cannot shut down once you open it.

Glitchy. Seems like some problems are server-side because the web interface can be unreliable as well. No matter what the case is, its disappointing that i can only access my primary spending account and savings *most* of the time.

Ok Again many issues! Seems like once a year i lose my banking app for at least 2 months. Now my camera won't focus to deposit my checks. But my camera works just fine otherwise. Ive already notified them personally last time. No action was taken. And a 5 day holds on my pay checks with a supported atm. You would think i got a little more care with being an essential worker and someone still earning a pay check. This is absolutely unacceptable!

It would be preferable to have a built in feature for mobile deposit. I have absolutely never once gotten the second party app to work on any phone I've had. Updates and all. Good for everything else at least.

The app is slow to load and requires a 3rd party app for mobile deposit. Mobile deposits take 3-5 business days to complete full (not partial) deposits, and transactions completed on mobile app often have a 2-3 day turn around, so if you deposit $ and buy something on the same day...your purchase processes before your deposit. Just be aware if you are trying to make ends meet.

What is happening?? I CANT DO ANYTHING!! NO APP login & NO WEBSITE login!! It worked from July/2020 til the lovely nothingness of May/2021. And nothing but problems now. Having issues every time I try to login says my saved pass is wrong & then it just stops working so I uninstall install shocker still wont let me in my accounts anywhere. WHY? I updated everything you needed. I need to do my transfer for my loan payment for Apr 30th AND I CANT. So frustrating! I'm trying to PAY YOU its insane!!

This works well so far with my Note 3. Easy to use. I have to pay good attention with the Bill Pay part not to pay something twice. You might make it easier to edit a bill before it's paid.

Used to be a great app. I have a samsung galaxy s9 and it would always work everytime I wanted to login to check my balance. Now everytime I want to do that I have to reinstall the app. c'mon guys let's get this fixed please.. we shouldn't have to deal with this.

Good at what it does, but it's literally just a web browser that's locked to one page only and has finger print functionality.

When going to deposit this app doesn't always keep a limit amount for deposit. At times I can't deposit my check because it exceeds deposit limit! If this keeps happening will not use this app any more, not always to our benefit!!

The appt was working very well until about a week ago when my username and password were somehow interchanged. Now I have to put the information in each time the app is opened.

Love my credit union.. but It has been a several years of experienceing software issues with the mobile app log in access for Android phone users. This defeats purpose of the mobile on line banking. It happens for days at a time still.

all I keep getting is a loading signal whenever I try to log in. needed to use the app to deposit a check I recieved and I'm unable to go to a branch cause I work 12 hr shifts 🤦🏿‍♂️🤦🏿‍♂️. we live in the bay area and don't have some qualified tech people to keep a banking app operating at peek efficiency 🤷🏿‍♂️

Never worked even uninstalling and reinstalling. stuck in loading after you input ur log in. I even told the bank lady personally that its not working last month but still nothing.

There have only been 1 or 2 things that I have not been able to perform on this app. The bank has a very good telephone system where you can always speak to a representative in those cases.

App keeps crashing. I stalled newest version, it keeps crashing too. Useless.

Black back ground is hard to read. What is this reorganized sceme. Your site is less conventional. Doesn't disclose as much information. Not happy at this point !

Can't log in...after several minutes a network error appears. Also when I try to log in to the credit union site from Chrome on my phone I get an error saying I am unauthorized to access the site. However I can access the site from Chrome on my laptop. What is happening?

Lies about linking with DeposZip. I missed out on the mobile deposit check for a dollar because they could never fix the glitch that was causing DeposZip not to link to the app.

I'm done with this app. It's the fourth time I have to uninstall and reinstall to get it to work. And every time I have to wait for the code and sign up again. I'll just go through a web browser on my phone.

Can't log in at all. Keeps trying to connect then fails after a while... over and over and over again...

All of a sudden I cant log in!!! This app has to many bugs!!!! I have uninstalled it several times, I'm done!!!

The app stopped working it keeps shutting off on me after a few seconds it worked fine for about a month or so and now im having issues again
