Mobile app works for taking payments. Unfortunately it uses this weird in app keyboard. I had to open this app split screen with data, and their screwed up keyboard was basically unusable.

Very bad service... This app have a year or more charging me different amount twice a month ... I call them because I don't want this service and never help me ... 😣😡😠😠

good company helped me out a lot

Very fraudulent company exploiting small business for profit. Initial charges appear minimal, but phantom fees start accruing, especially if you stop using services. They took approximately 80-100 out of my business account every month and required a $400 termination fee with a return of “equipment”. I would go with square or another reputable company with no contract and fine print behind their practices.

I'm using a 7" LG Gpad and the spot to have customers sign is really narrow. Some of my customers have a hard time fitting their signature in the space. You would think with a tablet it would have more room, but it doesn't. Other times they accidentally bump the option to go to another screen and when you go back into the app you can't enter the signature again. Sometimes the app reverts back to the most recent transaction receipt. It would also be nice to not have to press ok on a popup to run a card. Lastly having to enter the cvc code and zipcode everytime is annoying.

3 out of 5 times it goes back to the signature page and does not connect and go through I have to rerun the card

Is a very good app

Love it

App has no "transaction complete" or any other transaction notification upon completion. No preferences settings or any other customization options.

Just changed to Note 5, lost menu options. Called customer service and they helped me out. Hold down the phone back button on the bottom right to access the menu. All good. Thanks for a great app.

This app opens fine and works for transactions, but the option to look up any prior information (history for example) is not available on the Samsung Galaxy Note 5. I have seen this feature displayed in the keyboard section of Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge models. The only feature available for the Note 5 is to make a transaction.

This is the biggest scam ever u will be charged fees like crazy . And when u want to close your account they don't do it . I would never recommend this ever !!!

Been using it and it is way better then square and the rates are way lower!

I have been a customer for years and wow did they ever disappoint me! STAY CLEAR OF ANY BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!! You WILL regret it

This App crashes constantly, or freezes and won't allow me to log out. Or it gets stuck on New Transaction page and I have to reboot my Droid. Before this I used M+ Terminal without a single error. It's depressing how bad this app performs. I pray there is an upgrade coming

Don't sign up with them. Why? Because they are a very very nasty scam. Their representative will pain every word, so everything you ear sounds appealing. They say "You will be charge according to how many transactions you make" BUT will end up been overcharged, even if you did NOT make a single transaction and having to pay over $400 for cancellation which you have to pay if you don't want to mess up your credit score.

I never activated the account and they charged me fees and when I cancelled the account they charged me a 495.00 early cancellation fee. there are way better companies to do business with .
