FAQs
☆ I don't want icon on status bar.Every quick bar need an icon on the status bar due to Android system limit. However, you can change the default status bar icon to "transparent" (see design tab). Most of cases, it does what you want.
☆ Quick Bar closes automatically when I click on an item?Prior to Honeycomb, Android closes automatically notification bars when clicked.This will not happen on newer version.
☆ Why some actions does not workSince Android security model changed, some functions are limited, other opened. Not all function works on any device. Manufacturer/custom ROMs add more complexity to this. We suggest you to try them before permanently added into your quick bar, especially, mobile data, GPS, music control. We are working hard to support the best solution for you.
☆ What is "Last call" item?This item is only available on "phone" which supports to make calls. It will dial the latest number (outgoing, incoming or missed call).
☆ Notification background not display right in my Gingerbread device?That's a kernel bug, sometime notification does not display correctly on older Android version. Newer Android (ICS, Jelly bean) already fixed this issue.
☆ What is Date/Day of Week/Month status icon?Time status icon will display current date/day of week/month on your status bar,and it automatically update to match your time.
☆ I don't know this item is whether Wifi toggle or Wifi setting shortcutSome setting items use same icon resource,you can set to always show action label from design setting.
☆ I can't uninstall this appIf you enable device admin, you should disable it before uninstalling. To disable goto Home> Menu> Settings> Security> Device Administrators, then uncheck 1tap Quick Bar> Deactivate, then back to application manager to uninstall it.

Latest update made it not work. I sent the error message over a bunch of times so hopefully this helps. When its fixed, I can change it back to a 5.
Previous versions 4-5 stars. No point in even giving it one now if it doesn't work. Sure, you can configure settings, but shortcuts don't work any more starting nf with this latest version
Latest update has destroyed this app's functionality. A shame but uninstalling.
Can I assume that you have gone out of business? Last update rendered this app inoperable, and you have not replied to any comments/complaints about that, nor offered a fix. What's up? If this company is still in operation, this is incredibly bad customer service for what was once a terrific app.

Used to love this app. Bought the full upgrade but the latest update wiped everything out and it crashes when attempting to do anything.
loved it, but the newest version has a bug and does not accept upgrades anymore that i purchased, basically wiped it out on all my (5) devices found 1tap by coincidence, perfect, love(d) it, became a must on all my devices.

EDIT: Was the best app ever, now it doesnt work. ----------- Makes the apps you love easily accesiblr, for free. Havent encountered any probelms with it and it took me around a day to incorporate it to my phone usage. Now I cant stop using it. Great app

Not working on my S6 running Android Nougat after update. Please fix ASAP.
I have relied on this app for over 5 years. It provided functionality that Samsung didn't with their stock install such as easily dialing a contact with 1 touch. Unfortunately with the last update the app no longer does ANYTHING except take up device space. I waited patiently for 3 months hoping the author would fix it or pull it if they are no longer supporting it. At this point there is no longer any hope so save yourself time and energy and find another app in the Play Store. I am now in search of a replacement I'm sad to say.
