This app minimizes the time spent completing the weekly certification. The only problem that I've run into has been when the site is down for maintenance or for whatever reason, the app doesn't give you notice of what is going on with the site or that it is down. It just constantly reboots the page making a person think that the information that was entered was wrong. If the app gave some kind of indication of what is going on, or tells you to try back later, then it would top notch.

Easy to use, very simple, but doesn't have a full MDES webpage experience, yes it's compacted for the mobile version. But, it's only broken down to the basics in order to run your claim account. Does not give the ability to change, or view information like the actual webpage account does, such as, viewing inquiry, or even benefit maintenance.... If only an update were made that added these two features... That would make this app complete, would also be VERY MUCH appreciated by MANY surely.

Being extremely generous with 4 stars and only because they made an effort to provide an app. Basically, it's only use is for filing weekly certifications, as long as you have enough patience. When tapping an option, you must wait 5-10 seconds for the app to respond, otherwise it will freeze up with repeated tapping. This has been my experience on my device but I doubt I'm alone.

This glitch has NOT been fixed! The glitch? After tapping on "Weekly Certification," it doesn't open, so you must tap 2 or 3 more times to open it (this happens often and is annoying). When you begin to answer the first question, it says "Answering question one is mandatory." You CAN'T answer question one, because you have to hit the back arrow once, twice, three times to answer question one. FIX IT.

First time to use app. Thought it was really easy to use. I used the Journal to record my work searches. Had slight issue selecting the correct date, but other than that it was very easy to use. Went back to file my weekly certification and nothing was in the journal and yes I saved them.

The app is slow, sometimes it will not change screens, and you have to "force stop" the app to log out. If you get to the page you want, it does give you the information. Takes 20-30 minutes to get anything to pull up. The app needs a complete overhaul.

Cannot access my account since latest update. Please fix. Whatever you guys did locked everyone out from what I'm seeing. Login does not allow you access or even loads.

I've been unable to make entries to Job Search all week & unable to do weekly cert today on website. In both case, it gets stuck in Processing Request & never goes any further. I've not used the app before, so don't know about other features, but I wouldn't have been able to file this week without it, so it works for me.

No issues for the first several weeks until I accidentally entered incorrect password. My error locked me out. I emailed MDES and received a response, followed up with phone call from MDES, and was given a new password to use. After and to date, everything has worked fine for filing weekly certifications using this app. Password changes cannot be made from the app. You must go to the website to change.

This app is decent most of the times, but can have a very bad defaults. Sometimes this app freezes, not able to submit work search at times, and constantly kicks you out the app leaving everything blank and causing you to start over from beginning. Ugh! I hate when that happens!!!!

The app is still difficult to login to . Now with the questions added my work search records are needed to be input again? I dont get this process, plus by the time you go back and forth to re record my job searches the app times out and i have to start over. I had 11 job searchs. I always get an error msg and have to close out app several times just to login. The answers I select dont show and i have to repeat selections at least six or seven times before i can e sign my certification.

The convenience of the app is great. But I find myself making a selection and it not doing anything. I have found if i make a selection gonout of the app then reenter it the selection pops up. So it's a lot of going in and out of the app to file my claim.

This app is constantly crashing. It gives me the error message, "Alert! An error occurred while processing your request." when I try to log in. Or, it log me out before I can view correspondence or file my weekly claim. It is a terrible system.

Most likely the worst app I've ever used. The only reason I still have it is because I need it. Each time I have logged on or tried to log on, I have been met with nothing but crashes and errors. Today after I had finally got it to log on only to have my session time out before I could file my weekly report because the questions never loaded. This app is in need of a lot of maintenance because it is nothing but flawed.

Its pretty good you have to tap everything twice to change pages then it pops up with 2 screens of the same thing!! I have tried waiting to see if i was just over tapping and nope you have to tap everything twice!! Other than that i like it!!!😊😊

If I have to finish completing everything online (phone browser or desktop), that negates the need for an app that freezes all the time. I believe I may have been able complete one week and that was it. After a few weeks, app was deleted.

This app crashes constantly. If you ever are capable of getting on, you then have ro hit your selection several times in order to get a response. Terrible. If there was a negative star rate... I would give it.

Very slow, and I have to go back and re-enter same info multiple times for the app to acknowledge, slow to load opening, links must be selected multiple times before they will open. Well laid out good app if it works.

Very stable app. The site functions the same across modalities (devices). The cell phone experience is the same as the desktop experience, for example. Impressive!!!

It doesn't include all of the information as the website does, or even a satisfying amount of that info. But, it is convenient for filing the weekly certification. It also tends to be a little buggy at times, but not excessively so. Its ok.

The app is incredibly slow. Sometimes it opens and most times it does not open. Most times when the app does open it does not allow me to open at tabs within the app. The app should have been greatly upgraded to handle the influx of people. If you are sincere about serving the people during times like this you should have an app that can handle this many people. I have been filing unemployment for 4 weeks and have yet to receive 1 payment....DAMN!!!!!

The app is convient and its a easy n fast way to access your correspondence letters n file your weekly certifications and find out if your payment has been proccessed and how much it is but the thing is it dont work most of the time..its either telling you a error has occured when you try to log in and when you do finally get logged on, you cant access any of your info or it just dose not do anything and thats not good if you depend on that app to file your weekly certification to get paid. FIX

Layout is user friendly, but the app itself is not... takes several attempts each week to get answers submitted.. very frustrating Weeks later the issues are still there and often worse.. I understand that the system is strained, but it needs to be FIXED And here we are in August and nothing has improved

I have been using this app since I installed it and don't get me wrong it's simple, clear and easy to use. The only problem is it keeps jumping back to question #1 for you to answer when you have finished. I have to go through the whole process twice to finish filling my claim. The app is easy to use but just needs work on the errors.

This weeks cerification went a little more smoothly. I really like this app. ........I am not sure if the work journal transfers over when you do your certification? It prompts you to add then but yet shows your number of entries at top of page.

I like it. It's very easy to use, sometimes you cant get thru. I guess the line be over loading . When alot of people trying to process their claim..Remember it is a computer, other than that little problem the app easy to use , as I replied I like it....Yes I would recommend you to get the app.Thank You.....
