2 Stroke Gas Oil Mix Calc

Gas Oil Mix: 2 Stroke.
This calculator determines the exact quantity of oil required for a given ratio of gas and oil suggested by the manufacturer of the 2 stroke/cycle engine. That calculated number is determined from the amount of gas available for the mixture.

In the Preferences section, you can choose to use L/ml, US gallons/US fluid ounces or UK (Imperial) gallons/UK fluid ounces for gas/oil mixture.

The app gives you the ability to choose the gas to be in a different unit of measure then the opil if you wish to do so.

In the Calculate section, enter your amount of gas or petrol, enter your ratio using the oil barrel slider and tap on calculate oil.

Most tools, transportation and recreational requirements, such as golf carts, motorcycles, snowmobiles, blowers, chainsaws, tillers, rotary plows, utility tractors, commercial two cycle carts, garden tools, motor scooters, motor skates, boat outboards, some generators and other two cycle engines are in the range of 20:1 to 80:1, gas to oil. Many motorcycles are 32:1, others are 40:1 and still others are 50:1. If you are uncertain, consult your owners manual. Most marine outboard engines have a ratio of 50:1.

Do NOT add oil to the fuel of 4 cycle engines.

The amount reported is wrong when us gallon is used for the fuel, and ml used for the oil.

This app is WRONG! 1 gallon of gas should take 75.7ml of oil. This app calculates 3785! Do not trust this calculator!

Does not output correct ml of oil, always 75xx.x no matter ratio

With 5 gallons (US)of gas at a mix ratio of 32:1 it gave me 18927 ml of oil. That is actually 1:1 ratio. Do not trust this app. Milliliter calculations are very wrong.

Please add the option for finding the amount of gas to add to the amount of oil input. This makes it nice if you have 5 ounces of oil and want to know how much gas to add to achieve the desired ratio.

I had the same problem as the other reviewer. Told me to add 1025 ml oil to 0.271 US gallons for a 16:1 ratio. WAY OFF!

Cant go wrong. I like it especially because it allows you to calculate what to mix with the amount of gas you have on hand to oil you will need. Very easy to use.

Would give it 5 stars if you could set default for ratio and fuel quantity.

For 5 US gallons, it calculated 18751 ml at 32:1

Does not calculate needed mL's if given fuel is in gallons (if you are using a syringe for example). Answer is always 15141.65 ml regardless of ratio or volume of fuel.
