Love it! Very easy to use and everything is laid out for you. Shopping lists, recipes, and even an exercise plan. The 20/20 diet book is worth the read but you can still do well having purchased this app and not reading the book.
Very nice tool for managing diet, wish they was more about the exercise options and demos.
Can't get the app to a page on my phone, can only access via play store. Email to developer, response was not helpful.
The app helps you to understand the app but the diet is too difficult.
I love how this app is set up to follow the Dr. Phil 20/20 diet. This diet is the most healthiest and easiest diet to follow.
The app is useful yet not flexible enough.
Needs to offer a section to enter what you actually ate verses only being able to select from the preset menu.. not sure what I was expecting from this ap..but I've had several other weight loss free aps that offered a much broader range of things ..the only benefit of this one is virtually having the book with you at all times.
This is a diet plan that is scientifically based and that really works. The foods are purchased at your favorite grocery store and are simply good nutrition. They way they combine them does away with cravings and holds off hunger for 4 hours. Then it is time to eat again. You are able to forget about food and go about your activities. I previously lost 33 pounds on this diet, then slipped away from the plan. I gained back 13 pounds but have again committed to the plan. I am confident of success. Thanks.
Great app! Love that every recipe is right there so I don't have to refer to book all the time.
It's a okay app. A little confusing to navigate.
I am on my first day only breakfast and lunch. In 12 hours lost 2 lbs. Wow! Meals are small, but very filling! Thank you Dr. Phil. Awesome diet plan and very healthy and delicious. This app is great! Has shopping list for each phase as well as recipes. Diet is easy to follow. Grogery list is right on my phone. Very pleased!
